• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure primarily in AWS • Architect and operate highly reliable APIs, web services, and data ingestion pipelines • Lead infrastructure standardization using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and related tooling) • Design and optimize event-driven and queue-based systems for high-volume telemetry and distributed processing workloads • Develop scalable and secure serverless and containerized architectures where appropriate • Establish infrastructure best practices for: reliability, observability, disaster recovery, security, cost optimization, deployment automation • Support compliance initiatives including SOC2 and GDPR requirements • Design and maintain secure networking architectures, IAM strategies, and secrets management practices • Collaborate with firmware, backend, AI, and product engineering teams to support platform scalability and operational excellence • Evaluate and recommend appropriate database technologies based on workload requirements and tradeoffs • Improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows • Participate in operational troubleshooting and incident response for production systems

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment • Provide internal and external customer delight through excellent interpersonal skills and communication • Use vibration analysis to determine the root cause of machine faults and create customer-oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime • Improve manufacturing equipment reliability and uptime at customer's plants • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships founded on trust, respect, and reliability • Complete assigned tasks efficiently with little supervision • Assume management duties when necessary • Shadow, learn, and work alongside a team of Vibration Analysts • Infrequent travel to customer facilities as needed • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives

• Review and report on the general health of rotating equipment • Analyze data from multiple sources (including temperature and vibration) to predict and prevent machine failure • Collaborate with internal team and customers contacts to analyze data and create customer oriented solutions to prevent equipment downtime • Create action items and preventive measures customers can take • Work towards VCAT 3 certification if not obtained already • Shadow, learn, and work alongside team of Vibration Analysts • Comply with OSHA, safety regulation, and company standards • Perform other duties as assigned and directed

• Drive outbound efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic social outreach to secure meetings for the sales team • Consistently meet quarterly quota attainment to move prospects to scoping stage of the sales process • Qualify leads from target lists and marketing-generated prospects • Research and execute market-specific strategies and outreach plans tailored to target industries and accounts, moving them from first contact to initial appointment • Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to build connections and nurture relationships • Support administrative and operational sales tasks as needed • Build strong, collaborative relationships with both prospects and internal sales team members • Continuously track toward and exceed defined sales goals • Carry out additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives
