Role Description As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will support customers throughout Mexico serving as the primary regional technical authority and customer-facing service representative. You will be responsible for leading onsite commissioning, advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and long-term support of industrial combustion and heating systems. - Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of new, existing, and retrofitted industrial combustion systems across Mexico - Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis on complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related system issues - Review, adjust, and support PID loop programming in single- and multi-loop control systems - Utilize, interpret, and analyze data from electronic diagnostic tools such as multimeters, pressure and flow transmitters, and combustion analyzers - Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, including plant operators, engineers, maintenance teams, and management - Provide expert technical recommendations to improve system performance, reliability, efficiency, and safety - Mentor and support less-experienced service personnel, contractors, or local support resources as required - Collaborate closely with U.S.-based sales, engineering, project management, and service teams to resolve technical challenges and support ongoing projects - Prepare detailed service reports, timesheets, and technical documentation following each field assignment - Ensure strict compliance with Bloom Engineering safety standards, customer site requirements, and applicable local and international safety regulations Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, or equivalent technical discipline) - Minimum of five (5) years of field service experience supporting industrial combustion or heating systems - Strong understanding of fundamental combustion principles, including air-to-fuel ratios, flammability limits, NOₓ formation mechanisms, and available heat - Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience working with Bloom Engineering equipment or similar - Demonstrated experience supporting industrial customers throughout Mexico - Working knowledge of NFPA 86 and comparable industrial combustion safety codes - OSHA 10-Hour and NFPA 70E safety training (or ability to obtain) - Valid driver’s license required (international driver’s license preferred) - TN Visa or ability to qualify for one - Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 80% of the time required) throughout Mexico - Able to write reports in English to summarize findings and work completed - Fluency in Spanish with professional speaking proficiency in English Requirements - Ability to travel internationally (primarily to the U.S.) for training and overflow service support - Extensive experience with industrial combustion systems, burners, furnaces, and heat-processing equipment - Strong background in calibration, configuration, and analysis of mechanical and electrical instrumentation - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics - Experience following and troubleshooting PLC ladder logic - Strong working knowledge of PID control systems and industrial instrumentation - Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and field best practices - Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Proven ability to operate independently while managing customer expectations and complex field assignments - Prior experience serving as a regional, lead, or senior field service engineer Benefits - Opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading global company - Work in a culture that values diversity and inclusion - Access to continuous learning and development opportunities
Role Description The Regional Sales Leader – U.S. Short Lines is responsible for driving profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic relationships across an assigned portfolio of U.S. Short Line, Regional, Industrial, Mining, and Utility railroads. - Own full commercial accountability across Wabtec’s end-to-end portfolio, including locomotives (new and modernized), aftermarket services, digital solutions (including RailConnect), and infrastructure offerings. - Act as the senior commercial interface to customers while coordinating cross-functional Wabtec teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. - 7+ years of customer-facing sales or account leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of railroad operations, products, and services. - Ability to travel extensively across the United States. Role Description Wabtec is currently looking to hire an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our expanding cloud technology hub. The DevOps AWS Engineer will be responsible for automating and supporting Wabtec Enterprise Tools cloud-based platforms and services in an agile environment. - Responsible for defining and automating a wide range of cloud-based middleware platforms, PaaS offerings, and SaaS offerings in a fast-paced and agile environment using the latest cloud technologies and infrastructure. - Support a growing catalog of cloud-based middleware and developer tools such as Gitlab, IBM MQ, RedHat Fuse, Xwiki, Akana, and more. - Leverage tools such as Terraform, Chef, GitLab, and other DevOps tooling to automate our cloud-based platforms. - Demonstrate the ability to mentor less experienced team members by helping to remove blocking issues communicated by team members during daily Agile stand-up meetings. - Adhere to goals, SLAs, and deadlines for all projects and support tickets. - Participate and coordinate releases with various stakeholders. - Occasional on-call support availability. - Assisting with the daily operation of the organization including projects, support tickets, and other daily operational activities as needed. - Provide technical support and project support. - Troubleshoot Middleware. - Continuously improve existing technical products and services. Qualifications - Completed Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Software engineering, or other STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). - 4-6 years of experience in Information Technology. - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English. - Willingness to work all hours across different time zones. - Able to work in shifts. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Terraform. - Minimum of 4 years of experience with Bash scripting. - Minimum of 4 years of experience with Linux. - Minimum of 4 years of experience working in any one of the cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.). - Minimum of 4 years of experience building DevOps CI / CD pipelines. - Experience working on Agile teams leveraging GitLab, Chef, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, and other CI/CD enablers. - Experience with Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift, Docker, or other containerization experience is required.
