• Serve as the go-to resource for internal teams, handling training, troubleshooting, coaching, and helping everyone get the most out of our tech stack. • Proactively identify gaps in tool adoption, workflows, and system usage, and drive improvements through process optimization, automation, and smarter use of existing tools (not just adding new ones). • Design and deliver lightweight training, documentation, and guidance to improve team proficiency and consistency across systems. • Collaborate with team members and the Filevine implementation team to identify technology needs, improve workflows, support data cleanup and migration, and assist with system configuration. • Contribute ideas for process improvements, automation, and technology upgrades that keep our stack scalable and efficient. • Help us build new AI forward systems.

As an Analytics Engineer on the Insights team, you will help architect and build the backend and embedded analytics infrastructure behind our reporting platform. This role is primarily internal and product-focused. Design and implement data models and transformations in Databricks. Support and extend embedded dashboards in Domo and Metabase. Build reusable, scalable dashboard templates deployable across hundreds of clients. Develop backend logic and automation that powers our Insights platform. Improve performance, structure, and maintainability of analytics workflows. Collaborate asynchronously via documentation and Loom videos. Contribute ideas for future capabilities, including AI-assisted analytics features. Join weekly team meetings, self-manage your own projects and tasks in Jira, and report back your progress to the team.

• Lead end-to-end, non-recurring data and document migrations from legacy case management systems into Filevine. • Partner directly with clients to assess source systems, define migration strategy, and set clear expectations. • Design and build SQL queries and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load structured data. • Develop and document detailed data mappings between source databases and Filevine. • Cleanse, normalize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity before and after migration. • Collaborate with clients to understand their data structures and migration needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, escalating when necessary. • Conduct post-migration testing and quality assurance. • Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes, issues, and resolutions. • Provide support and training to clients and internal teams on data migration best practices. • Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
