You will champion financial planning and ensure effective management across multiple manufacturing plants. Provide financial leadership for AMER Operations. Act as the financial steward, offering analysis and recommendations to senior management. Supervise the financial management of three manufacturing plants ensuring alignment with targets. Develop clear financial strategies to support regional operational excellence. Drive productivity and cost-efficiency in partnership with operations. Measure and report on productivity KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.

• Supports the financial operations of the clinical operations service by performing foundational financial analysis, monitoring spending, and preparing reports that drive operational and strategic decision making. • Plays an important part in helping clinical leadership understand financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries and variance reports to support finance and clinical leadership. • Assists in measuring financial performance against operational budgets and forecasts. • Assists with annual budgeting processes, spending reviews, and departmental forecast updates. • Monitors monthly spending and analyzes trends to identify potential cost-reduction opportunities. • Provides financial insights to support decision-making by finance and operations leaders. • Prepares graphs, dashboards, and presentation materials for clinical directors and finance leadership. • Works closely with operations and finance leaders to gather data and ensure accurate reporting. • Other duties as assigned.

• Lead underwriting efforts for complex loan requests, assessing creditworthiness and recommending risk-mitigating structures within the assigned specialized vertical or region. • Continuously monitor assigned portfolio to proactively identify credit risks, trends, and financial performance concerns. • Partner with sales in negotiations and client discussions, ensuring alignment between client needs and risk appetite. • Collaborate with legal teams to review and negotiate credit agreements, ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk management frameworks. • Provide guidance to junior credit professionals, enhancing team capabilities and fostering a strong credit culture. • Identifies and raises to leadership improvement areas in credit processes and procedures. • Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions regarding assigned portfolio. • Analyzes and resolves problems pertaining to the assigned portfolio.

• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial records across multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, robust reconciliations, and timely month-end close. • Perform and maintain accurate bank reconciliations across all entities and accounts. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of general ledger transactions, including appropriate coding and classification in Xero. • Prepare and roll forward working papers to support the month-end and year-end close processes. • Oversee the full AP and AR lifecycle, including invoice processing, payment preparation, allocation of receipts, and management of outstanding balances. • Monitor aged receivables and proactively manage collections to support cash flow. • Assist with payroll accounting, including preparation of journals and reconciliation of payroll-related accounts. • Support ATO compliance requirements, including preparation and review of BAS and other activity statements. • Assist in the preparation of consolidated accounts across multiple entities. • Manage accounting processes for multiple entities operating across global regions.
