Role Description vHive is expanding in Latam and is looking for an Orders Management Coordinator. You will be responsible for growing the vHive business in Latam within the telecom vertical. The PO Operations Coordinator owns the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle across our North America accounts, submitting and tracking thousands of POs per month in SAP Ariba and reporting status weekly to Account Managers and the Sales Director. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role for someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities - PO Submission: Submit Purchase Order requests with complete and accurate data, supporting documents, cost codes, and site identifiers on every submission. - PO Tracking and Follow-Up: Monitor every active PO daily through approval, cancellation, change request, or rejection. Proactively follow up with the account manager to drive stalled POs to closure. Manage thousands of POs per month in parallel without losing track of individual cases. - Excel and Google Sheets Reporting: Maintain a master PO tracker as the single source of truth across accounts. Use pivot tables, filters, lookups, and formulas to slice data by account, status, aging, and value. Surface trends and bottlenecks from the data. - Weekly Status Presentations: Build and deliver a weekly PO status presentation to Account Managers and the Sales Director. Cover open POs, approvals, blockers, aging, and key risks in a clear, visual, decision-ready format. - Salesforce Updates: Keep PO status, dates, and notes current in Salesforce so Account Managers and Sales leadership have real-time visibility. - Internal Coordination: Partner with Account Managers and the Sales Director to align PO activity with project milestones and billing cycles. Escalate blockers early. Qualifications - At least 3 - 5 years of experience with online documentation and data management - Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, filters, lookups, and formulas - Ability to build clean, presentable weekly status decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides - Fluent written and spoken English (non-negotiable; all stakeholders and customers are US-based) - Location: Based in Latin America with full working-hours overlap with US business hours - AI tools fluency (Gemini, Claude, etc.) - Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage thousands of POs per month in parallel - Proactive follow-through mindset; takes ownership of cases until closure without needing reminders - Reliable remote work setup (stable internet, quiet environment) Requirements - Nice to have: Prior experience in procurement, order management, or sales operations - Familiarity with Salesforce (updating records, running reports) - Spanish fluency (helpful for internal collaboration, not required for the role)

You will be responsible for growing the vHive business in Europe within the telecom vertical. - Run a full sales cycle from qualification and discovery to fulfillment - Conduct consultative sales engagements, diving deep into prospects’ business challenges and advising on impactful solutions. - Identify and close new sales within targeted telecom industry accounts - Meet and exceed sales quotas on a yearly basis. - Tenaciously follow through and prioritize client needs to sales opportunities for the company. - Partner with vHive marketing to ensure synergy between campaigns and vHive activity. - Partner with the product team and recommend product improvements. Role Overview We’re looking for an Product Manager who will be the primary customer-facing product lead for strategic accounts—building trust and long-term relationships, capturing customer requests and pain points, and turning those inputs into both short- and long-term product roadmaps that balance customer needs with vHive’s product vision. You’ll ensure successful product introductions and integrations into customers’ workflows and systems, translate customer requirements into detailed specifications for R&D, and coordinate delivery and adoption. Key Responsibilities Customer engagement & insight gathering Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic customers; act as the main product contact and advocate for their needs. Conduct regular interviews, site visits, workshops and feedback sessions to uncover workflows, pain points and opportunities. Roadmap & strategy Create and maintain customer-aligned short- and long-term roadmaps that reflect real-world priorities and align with company product strategy. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility and strategic fit. Ensure roadmap synchronization with inbound Product Managers and company release planning. Requirements definition & R&D translation Translate customer needs and workflows into clear product requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, API specs, UI/UX requirements and technical design notes. Work closely with R&D to ensure requirements are implementable and to clarify trade-offs during design and development. Product introduction & integration Own product introduction, integration planning and delivery into customer environments, including API/integration projects and workflows. Coordinate technical onboarding, beta programs, and validation of features in production environments to ensure adoption and success. Delivery, program & stakeholder management Maintain a master list of customer requirements, timelines, dependencies and delivery commitments; proactively track progress and manage expectations. Facilitate transparent communication between customers and internal teams—providing status updates, decisions and trade-offs. Measure and report on adoption, customer satisfaction and the impact of delivered features; identify follow-up actions. Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience is required , with a deep understanding of R&D workflows and the end-to-end product lifecycle. 4+ years of product management & experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally in customer-facing roles. Proven track record of working directly with strategic customers to gather requirements, build relationships and deliver product outcomes. Experience introducing and integrating SaaS solutions into enterprise/telecom environments (preferably with U.S.-based Mobile Network Operators). Strong ability to translate customer/business needs into detailed technical product requirements (user stories, API specs, UX requirements). Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills—able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities. Analytical mindset: able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into prioritization and strategy. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Preferred Qualifications Experience in startups or fast-paced product environments.
