• Work with Business Analysts to understand, refine and document integration requirements • Own and deliver the end-to-end integration delivery plan across vendor and client systems • Design detailed integration solutions aligned to the overall programme architecture • Build integration components and ensure appropriate unit testing is completed • Take responsibility for the development and unit testing of assigned integration user stories • Manage the integration backlog, defining and running integration delivery sprints • Ensure integration architecture across vendors is aligned, efficient and cost-effective for the client • Collaborate closely with wider engineering, architecture and vendor teams to resolve dependencies • Support integration testing phases and contribute to issue resolution and stabilisation • Operate within programme governance frameworks, supporting mobilisation and ongoing delivery

• Accurately allocating cash received and resolving unapplied cash • Supporting the production and issuance of monthly client statements • Raising and sending ad hoc and bespoke invoices • Responding to client questions and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients • Logging, tracking, and resolving client queries using a query-management system (e.g. JIRA) • Supporting the wider Accounts Receivable team with daily operational tasks • Working toward agreed performance targets within a KPI-driven environment • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, controls, and audit requirements • Completing mandatory training and adhering to operational risk and compliance standards
