The Team: The Senior Real Estate Counsel, Renewables will play a key role in Unison’s core mission. We seek experienced counsel with demonstrated success in executing business strategy, accelerating a pipeline of transactions to closing, and exercising sound judgment to assess and manage portfolio risk. The attorney will interact regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office. Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship. The Team: The Staff Accountant will report to the VP of Finance and be an integral part of the finance team. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end close processes. The Staff Accountant will also help ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
