Responsibilities - Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach - Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to confidently guide conversations - Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process - Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity - Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals - Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Call center or collections experience is a plus - Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication skills - Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win - Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance culture TurboDebt Role Qualifications: - Computer competency and ability to work with a computer. - Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis. - Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis. - Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. - Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills. - Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions. - Take constructive feedback. - Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with FL law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. Base rate for position starts at $32,240 annually. Role is eligible for uncapped commissions which bring total average compensation your first year to $45,000 - $137,409 annually. Lead Front End Developer

TurboDebt is seeking a skilled Lead Frontend Developer with expertise in JavaScript , HTML , and 3rd Party Integrations to help guide our frontend development efforts. As a key leader within the engineering team, you will play a crucial role in simplifying our tech stack, ensuring smooth collaboration with various departments, and establishing proactive monitoring systems to prevent issues before they arise. Key Responsibilities: Lead frontend projects from concept to completion, focusing on finding elegant, simple solutions to complex problems. Work with logging and alerting systems (primarily Sentry ) to ensure we are the first to know when something breaks and resolve issues quickly. Proactively identify blind spots in monitoring and alerting systems and implement solutions to prevent future issues. Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure their needs are met with high-quality, sometimes pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces. Simplify and streamline the existing tech stack, with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and efficiency. Connecting 3rd party frontend integrations such as TrustedForm, IP2Geo, Google Tag Manager, etc. Be responsive during business hours to ensure timely communication with stakeholders and department heads. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript , HTML5/CSS3 , and integrating with APIs to create seamless user experiences. Experience with Sentry or similar tools for logging, monitoring, and setting up alerts. Familiarity with React and Next.js , but a focus on leveraging these tools as part of a larger, simplified solution. Proven ability to simplify complex systems and implement robust, scalable solutions. Solid understanding of Git version control. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a proactive, problem-solving leader who sees the value in simplicity and has the foresight to prevent issues before they arise. You should be detail-oriented, technically strong, and capable of driving continuous improvement across the frontend stack.
