Role Description TSTC is seeking a full-time Junior Data Analyst to provide research services for one of TSTC’s premier DHS clients. The successful candidate must have experience performing out-of-the-box thinking, qualitative and quantitative research, and complex analytics using Microsoft Excel and other analytical techniques. The Junior Analyst will: - Review, analyze, and evaluate processes, information, and data to determine risks associated with transportation assets. - Identify and track mitigation status. - Provide scheduling and coordination support. - Develop and maintain documentation (agendas, schedules, presentation decks, meeting minutes). - Participate in relevant work group meetings or events that support the organization’s defined mission needs process. - Conduct risk assessments. Qualifications - 2+ years of relevant experience in conducting data analysis, research, and other analytical activities. - BA / BS Degree from an accredited College or University. - Secret clearance preferred. - MUST RESIDE IN A HUBZONE. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and other analytical tools. - Commitment to providing the best service and solutions possible to meet our client’s mission needs. - Ability to work on a flexible schedule and potentially more than 40 hours in a week when required to meet client deliverables/timelines. Requirements - A government security clearance (Secret) is preferred for this position. - The successful candidate must pass both a company and client comprehensive background check. - Must be a US Citizen. - This position offers the ability to work remotely, but office hours may be required as necessary to meet client needs in Springfield, VA. - Candidates must reside within 200 miles of the Washington DC region. Role Description TSTC is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Specialist to develop and execute internal and external communication initiatives that promote our brand, strengthen employee engagement, and enhance corporate reputation. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, HR, and external partners to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels. What You'll Do - Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with business goals. - Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications including executive messages, newsletters, intranet content, and organizational announcements. - Create external communications such as press releases, media statements, thought leadership articles, and corporate reports. - Manage media relations and respond to press inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Support crisis communication planning and execution. - Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all communication platforms. - Monitor media coverage and industry trends; prepare reports and performance metrics. - Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to manage website content and social media messaging. - Assist with corporate events, leadership communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. - Maintain and update communication guidelines and templates.
