• Manage a territory to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals, win rates, and pipeline goals within our various markets in the healthcare industry • Be responsible for strategic selling within a Software as a Service (SaaS) sales process by sourcing deals, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and driving deals to close • Create effective outbound prospecting strategies and conduct lead generating activities to supplement your pipeline including cold calls, emails, and social touches • Effectively qualify prospects by understanding their goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and decision-making authority • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of our solutions to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities • Collaborate with internal teams on customer handoff, training, and user adoption along with understanding potential product enhancements and assisting with sharing general market feedback • Use critical thinking skills to be able to work with clients on solutions, proof of concept, contracting, and strategic selling • Maintain up to date account information in Salesforce including opportunities, accounts, contacts, and accurate forecasts • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices • Build an in-depth understanding of Trella Health’s solutions and services along with the evolving needs of the market and competitive landscape to convey the value propositions unique to the prospects’ challenges and goals
• Work with vast national datasets of medical and pharmacy claims data to interpret, analyze, and build datasets that deliver actionable insights to Trella’s proprietary solutions. • Design, build, and maintain scalable Databricks workflows and jobs for processing healthcare claims data. • Develop and optimize PySpark and SQL pipelines for performance, reliability, and efficiency. • Implement data quality monitoring and validation frameworks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of claims data. • Support modernization by refactoring legacy SAS scripts into Databricks. • Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare data sources, calculations, and methodologies. • Collaborate with the product team to size and scope new analytic projects, defining specifications and requirements. • Continuously enhance your knowledge of the healthcare industry through independent research and professional development.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping customers leverage our offerings effectively, fostering lasting partnerships along the way. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will partner across all functions to bring the Voice of the Customer to the business and ensuring We Never Stop Improving as We Strive for Better Healthcare. Reports to: Vice President, Customer Success Location: Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN or Philadelphia, PA regions strongly preferred; other regions considered. You might be a fit for this role if you have: - 2-5 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. - Must be tech-savvy to be able to understand technical concepts around our product. - Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship skills; able to manage conflicting priorities effectively. - Ability to effectively manage customer relationships at various levels and use data driven discussions to build trusted partnerships, navigating conflicting perspectives appropriately. - Demonstrated success that shows your ability to be professionally assertive and a customer focused problem solver. - Come prepared and ready for customer facing work and open to travel up to 20% Preferred by not required: - Experience within the healthcare tech industry. - Familiarity with Post-Acute Provider (Home Health, Hospice, SNF). - Experience with healthcare claims data analysis. - Exposure to data integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for turning medical and pharmacy claims data into measures and actionable insights within our software as a Service (SaaS) solution. You will utilize your strong quantitative analysis, SQL, and Python skills to create and analyze scripts to compute metrics and impact downstream data sets. You will work cross-functionally with the data engineering, product, and data quality teams to ensure our data pipelines are accurate, efficient, and high quality. We're looking for someone who is intellectually curious and passionate about continuous learning, especially when solving problems within healthcare data. Location: This role is remote with a strong preference for candidates within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA; or Nashville, TN. We will also consider applicants based in other U.S. locations. This job might be a fit for you if you have: - 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably within healthcare space. - Advanced SQL and Python skills (e.g. writing complex data processing scripts and automating workflows). - Experience working with Databricks, including Spark SQL and PySpark for analytics, data modeling, and machine learning workflows. - A deep understanding of data lineage to track and visualize data dependencies, identifying upstream/downstream impacts. - Experience with statistical modeling including regression, imputation techniques, and risk scoring. - Strong knowledge of medical claims data (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) as well as medical coding systems (ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, MS DRG, NPPES NPI). - Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. - Familiarity with software development tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. - A passion for using data to improve healthcare and a love for solving complex problems. - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. • Design, implement, and maintain data models, pipelines, and architecture to support current and future product needs – focusing on healthcare datasets such as claims, EHR, BCDA, and CCLF. • Design processes to consolidate data from multiple sources into a single source of truth. • Contribute to data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, HIPAA and other regulatory compliance. • Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in ETL/ELT pipelines – ensuring the long term scalability of pipelines. • Work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-value, technical solutions.
• Champion a comprehensive data vision and operating principles that improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, decision making, use, and stewardship. • Manage data pipeline by developing processes for data input, transformation, and storage. • Act as an interface between the Data Science team and Application Developers. • Architect and implement front-end (application layer) and back-end (ETL layer) database technologies in a highly customized data environment. • Develop automated processes for moving data between systems. • Implement ETL processes that transform source data into functional data stores consumed by front-end applications. • Scale data pipeline by utilizing the most efficient tools and technologies.
