Director, Enterprise Operations
TransForce
• Maintain standardized operating procedures regarding operations and processes all supporting SOP’s “The TransForce Way” • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, sharing best practice across the regions • Partner with SVP and regional leaders to ensure consistent execution and adoption • Lead, manage and evaluate the tools, processes, policies, and programs to ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness • Create reports and presentations for leadership and management • Collaborate with regional leaders and teams to develop and execute management disciplines and processes (weekly/quarterly forecast, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, account assignments, quota/budget allocation) • Manage operational KPIs, dashboards, and commission payouts • Use data and insight to monitor trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions • Ensure alignment between performance metrics and business objectives • Partner with HR and Finance to design, document, implement and process compensation & incentive plans • Manage multiple operational projects simultaneously • Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Payroll, and IT • Support change management through communication, training, and job aids • Ensure improvements are sustained post-implementation • Partner with the VP, Operations and Performance and leadership on all issues and challenges impacting the success of the team • Focus on creating Data Governance policies to result in continuous data cleansing, enrichment and augmentation that results in increased data accuracy and confidence. • Manage data cleansing to support pre and post Fiscal Year Planning.
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations within a complex B2B environment
- 3–5+ years in a leadership role, managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience standardizing and scaling operating procedures across multiple regions or business units
- Proven ability to identify operational gaps, drive process improvement, and ensure consistent execution at scale
- Hands-on experience owning and managing KPI’s, dashboards, forecasting
- Familiar with aligning performance measurement to business objectives
- Strong track record using data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and corrective actions
- Background in Staffing, Recruiting, Transportation, Logistics is a plus
- Experience with commission and compensation plans tied to performance lead
- Direct responsibility for data quality, governance, and integrity, including ongoing data cleansing and compliance
- Demonstrated experience working within cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools, BI platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, Front office systems, such as Bullhorn, Sigma, Tenstreet, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience driving adoption, governance, and optimization of operational systems and tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, and IT
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
- Ability to work independently with high accountability, while also excelling in cross-functional collaboration
- Proven success operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment

Role Description This position is responsible for working with clients within Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ). While experience with FTZ is a plus, must have exposure coordinating release and entry processing for air/ocean, or rail shipments. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments. - Create customs entries through proper selection of client and client records, interpretation of documentation for all clients' shipments, in a one-step process in National Service Center (NSC). - Data entry of shipment information for release, rating and billing and ensuring that all mandatory fields are completed and accurate in NSCs. - Ensure correct value for duty is reported based on invoice details and terms of sale. Establish correct value for duty and tariff treatment by selecting the correct keyword/HS code. - Verify documentation for release conditions, compliance and rating compliance (e.g., free trade certificates). - Open file/data input for new shipments in relevant systems. - Coordinate and prepare entry summary as needed. - At time of release, monitor status of Customs and PGA releases. - Ensure that all SOP's and business rules are adhered to following special client instructions, notes and alerts.
