Role Description Torq Interface is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Operations & Vendor Support Specialist to support hospital teams, surgery centers, and vendor representatives using our platform. This role is a strong fit for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), OR team member, or perioperative professional who is looking to move outside of the operating room while still using their clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of surgical workflows. You will help customers resolve support issues, support surgical case workflows, review documentation, and contribute to quality assurance for our Billing Verification product. Role Description The Junior Sales Associate is a pipeline generation role with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
