POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training for Titanium Healthcare staff across the ECM, CS, and HHP Programs. The Trainer plays a vital role in preparing staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care while meeting compliance, documentation, and program standards. The Trainer is responsible for facilitating onboarding, reinforcing best practices, and providing staff with the tools and confidence needed to succeed in their roles. This position emphasizes training delivery and learner support, working closely with the Training Leader and Director of Education & QA to align training content with organizational goals, program requirements, and audit readiness. As a CalAIM Trainer, you will directly support the development of our staff, reinforce compliance with state and health plan requirements, and strengthen the quality of care delivered to our members. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position is remote. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
