POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training for Titanium Healthcare staff across the ECM, CS, and HHP Programs. The Trainer plays a vital role in preparing staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care while meeting compliance, documentation, and program standards. The Trainer is responsible for facilitating onboarding, reinforcing best practices, and providing staff with the tools and confidence needed to succeed in their roles. This position emphasizes training delivery and learner support, working closely with the Training Leader and Director of Education & QA to align training content with organizational goals, program requirements, and audit readiness. As a CalAIM Trainer, you will directly support the development of our staff, reinforce compliance with state and health plan requirements, and strengthen the quality of care delivered to our members. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position is remote. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Teachers provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on students’ individual needs. Teachers monitor student progress through Stride K12’s learning management system. They actively work closely with students and parents/learning coaches to advance each student’s learning toward established goals. Teachers typically work from home but must travel occasionally throughout the year to various school functions, such as state testing or as otherwise required by the school. Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. - We anticipate the salary range to be $45,000.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
