Job Overview The Creator Marketing Manager is a key role within our creative agency, responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across entertainment verticals. This role requires a genuine passion for film culture and fan communities, deep fluency across social platforms, and strong interpersonal skills to navigate creator and client relationships. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in influencer or entertainment marketing, a natural ability to build trust with creators and partners, and a confident, relationship-led approach to outreach and negotiation. What You'll DoSOCIAL EDITORIAL - Support the Social Editorial program — a client-facing initiative focused on building film and entertainment communities across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Manage both inbound and outbound creator outreach, identifying and engaging film enthusiasts, fan accounts, and entertainment-adjacent creators aligned with client campaigns. - Build and maintain relationships with Instagram-first film community accounts, with a strong understanding of platform culture, content aesthetics, and community behavior. - Identify emerging entertainment voices on TikTok and support timely, culturally relevant content placements that resonate with film and fandom audiences. - Support YouTube creator relationships for longer-form editorial content, including reviews, reactions, and fandom-driven storytelling. - Serve as a day-to-day client-facing contact for Social Editorial campaigns, communicating placement opportunities, creator updates, and performance insights clearly and professionally. CREATOR MARKETING - Research, identify, and evaluate relevant creators aligned with client objectives and target audience. - Develop and maintain relationships with creators, negotiating partnerships and securing collaboration opportunities. - Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including briefing creators, managing content, and tracking performance. - Review and understand creator contracts and lead on redline changes. - Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to stay current with influencer marketing best practices. - Ensure campaigns stay within budget, with accurate tracking and timely influencer payments. - Facilitate partnerships between creators, clients, and brands to drive cross-promotion opportunities. - Collaborate with creative teams to develop content ideas aligned with client goals. - Lead brainstorms and support pitch deck creation and presentation. CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS & REPORTING - Track and analyze KPIs for influencer campaigns and Social Editorial efforts. - Prepare reports and presentations communicating campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. - Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize performance and ROI. CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the campaign process. - Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and social teams to align strategies and deliver strong client service. - Foster relationships with external partners including creators, talent agencies, and reps. TEAM & GENERAL - Provide guidance and support to Creator Marketing Coordinators and team members supporting campaigns. - Work closely with the Global Creator team to prioritize and delegate work effectively. - Represent the company at trade and industry events. - Lead by example in adopting office and business management processes. - Deliver against key competencies and agreed S.M.A.R.T. objectives. Who You Are - 3–5 years of experience in influencer, creator, or entertainment marketing — agency experience preferred. - A genuine passion for film, TV, and entertainment culture; you know the fandoms, follow the conversation, and understand what drives engagement in these communities. - Proven experience working with or within entertainment-focused social communities — fan accounts, film TikTok, cinephile spaces, and similar. - Fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of how content culture and community behavior differ across platforms. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable negotiating placements and managing ongoing creator relationships with a relationship-led, non-transactional approach. - Natural relationship-builder who connects authentically with creators, fans, and partners at all levels. - Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment — able to read a room, adjust tone, and build trust over time.
