• Provide Level 1 technical support by resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests and delivering timely outcomes in line with documented processes and SLAs. • Manage operational support activities including user onboarding and offboarding, mailbox administration, access requests and other customer service tasks. • Triage, prioritise and escalate tickets based on urgency, impact, customer priority and team capacity. • Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation and time recording while ensuring all customer communications are captured correctly. • Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service, contribute to knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as an Okta SME, providing guidance on identity security, Zero Trust, governance, authentication and authorisation strategies. • Lead discovery workshops, identity assessments, architecture reviews and solution design sessions. • Design and deliver proof-of-concepts, demonstrations and presentations for technical and executive stakeholders. • Translate business, security and compliance requirements into scalable identity solutions. • Design and support solutions across SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Identity Governance, Privileged Access, Auth0 and Identity Threat Protection. • Develop architecture documentation, implementation guides and customer-facing technical artefacts. • Support pre-sales activities, technical responses, implementation planning and service development initiatives. • Contribute to repeatable service offerings including Identity Assessments, Identity Modernisation programs, Governance Reviews, Identity Health Checks and Zero Trust roadmaps.
Role Description The Missing Link is looking for a number of experienced and talented Security Consultants to join our growing team! The Security Consultant will have experience with delivering a range of consulting engagements for a variety of clients from various industry verticals and will be a proficient ethical hacker and security researcher. Projects for the successful candidate may include any or all of the following: - Vulnerability Assessments (Internal, External, Web Application and Database) - Penetration Testing (Internal, External, Web Application, Database, Mobile and Wireless) - Firewall and Password Audits - SOE Security Assessments - Source Code Review - Security Risk (ISO27k) & Privacy Impact (APP) Assessments - Red Team Attack Simulations The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful security testing engagements and be able to discuss a range of solutions or recommendations for remediation or mitigation of those risks. Knowledge of various programming languages for assessments and automation of some aspects of the role is highly desirable. Any CVEs or 0days attributed to the candidate would be beneficial. Whilst you will enjoy the teamwork environment, you will also relish the opportunity to work autonomously to achieve results. This is a challenging and dynamic hands-on technical role that requires ongoing personal development, technical accreditation and research to ensure this position remains abreast of current and emerging trends and technologies. With over 25 OSCP certified consultants in the team, you will be surrounded by highly skilled people who are very generous when sharing their knowledge. You will have the option to join them attending security conferences and be supported acquiring further training and certifications. The Missing Link has offices in Melbourne and Sydney or the successful candidate can work from home within any State or Territory within Australia or India. Working within an energetic, highly motivated team, you will be provided ongoing support, training and development to be successful in the role, all within a flexible working environment. **As part of this role, you will:** - Manage client relationships (both existing and new) and bring in new business focusing in the mid-market segment (100-1,000 seats). - Develop and execute on strategic account and territory plans to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives. - Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, technical staff and strategic vendors to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business for product, services and managed services. - Communicate the value of The Missing Link solutions to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers. - Identify business problems and align them to solutions in areas such as Cloud, Connectivity, Networking, Security, Datacentre, Productivity and Backup & Recovery. - Understand customer pain points, and have an honest and transparent approach. - Be self-motivated, passionate and responsive.
