The Missing Link
• Provide Level 1 technical support by resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests and delivering timely outcomes in line with documented processes and SLAs. • Manage operational support activities including user onboarding and offboarding, mailbox administration, access requests and other customer service tasks. • Triage, prioritise and escalate tickets based on urgency, impact, customer priority and team capacity. • Maintain accurate ticket updates, documentation and time recording while ensuring all customer communications are captured correctly. • Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent service, contribute to knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' professional work experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience within the IT industry.
- Previous MSP or cloud services experience is highly regarded.
- Experience providing technical support within a service desk or service operations environment.
- Experience managing user administration, access requests and operational support activities.
- Microsoft Certifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification

Role Description As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of iPiD's platform, ensuring reliable service delivery and excellent customer support. You will monitor system health, investigate incidents, manage customer issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational stability and improve customer experience. You will play an important role in driving operational excellence through proactive monitoring, process improvements, documentation, and release readiness activities, helping ensure our platform remains secure, reliable, and scalable as the business grows. Core Responsibilities - Deliver L2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat; own case lifecycle, provide timely status updates, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in Jira. - Safeguard production reliability and system stability through effective observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices. - Configure log monitoring and alerting dashboard; triage and investigate alerts when triggered. - SLA and response-time ownership; track adherence to response-time commitments. - Support internal stakeholders with recurring operational tasks and ad-hoc requests. - Continuously improve technical support operations in collaboration with Presales, Operations, and Customer Success. - Document technical solutions, runbooks, and knowledge base articles for reuse across the support and engineering teams. - Act as a release gatekeeper; participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a smooth handover from Development to Operations for every feature release. Qualifications - Min. 3 years working experience in technical support organisation, ideally in fintechs, financial services, or any regulated environment. - Experience of tracing and resolving issues using logging, DB query and other support tools. - Experience working on cloud-based technologies associated with Azure / AWS / GCP. - Sound knowledge in service desk operations. - Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and solid problem-solving abilities. - Empathetic and level-headed to own and solve problems end-to-end to customer’s satisfaction. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as a reliable team player. - Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is based without requiring current or future visa sponsorship. • The incumbent will be responsible for checking Export payment Discount under Export/Import as per Bank’s internal policies as well as ICC guidelines and lodging the transactions in the processing system. • Document checking against L/C or SBLC should be as per UCP/ISBP/ISP as applicable and corresponding to all applicable ICC guidelines as well as internal policies of the bank • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Responsible for inputting documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising • Ad-hoc tasks given by the Team Head • Ensure errors/knowledge gaps resulting in rejection of docs are shared with line manager/team to address customer service issues. • Managing customers’ expectations, Ideation and working on automation projects • Participating in Team Huddles and showing enough Teamwork to provide solutions to any issues • Ensure solutions are implemented on fast track basis and work closely with onshore unit to ensure seamless client delivery. • Ensures efficient processing of transactions, adherence to service standard and quality services to both internal and external customers. • Acts as a final checker of import or export bills documents and ensures the consistency of documents examination standard among checkers. • Ensures that the practice and procedures stated in relative manual have been strictly followed during the course of transaction processing. • Recommends actions in relation to changes in law, Rules of International Chamber of Commerce, Government regulations and bank policies which will affect the checking of import/export transactions.
