The Sales Factory
• Onboarding, training, and motivating a team of business development professionals • Ensuring that quotas are met by establishing regular check-ins with sales teams to set objectives and monitor overall performance/progress • Consistently fostering the team's skill development to ensure the application of successful sales strategies and processes, contributing to the achievement of sales goals • Successfully achieving client objectives as a result of thorough planning, establishing sales goals and meticulously analyzing performance data • Lead revenue expansion initiatives by cultivating and nurturing key client relationships, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities, resulting in an upswing in overall account revenue • Taking on a comprehensive approach to forecasting, ensuring that strategies are well-informed and adaptive to dynamic market conditions • Meet and exceed client expectations, fostering sustainable success in sales initiatives
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience as a Business Development/Account Manager, Account Executive, mix of both or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience of leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams, encouraging them to consistently deliver their optimal performance
- You enjoy using insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
- The ability to recognize the benefits of technology and to learn new systems quickly
- Proactive drive to innovate and create effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A desire to be successful, you’ll be a goal-oriented team player
