Role Description The Outreach Team is hiring Lead & Deputy Directors to manage our remote voter contact offices. Role Description This is a full-time position for an experienced campaigner with an eye for details and a passion for behind-the-scenes work and helping offices succeed when they are in a bind. At The Outreach Team, the Roving Admin Director is expected to collaborate closely with the Project Directors and various field office Director Teams to cover for administrative directors when they need to be out of the office for more than a day at a time. You will ‘parachute in’ to various offices across the country as needed to maintain and drive the use of administrative systems and reports. You will play an integral role in ensuring our canvassing operations run smoothly and efficiently, achieving ambitious growth targets and maximizing our on-ground impact. The position is primarily on the road, but you will have some time to be remote from your home base when you are in between field assignments. You should expect to work 40-60 hours per week, depending on how close to elections or other deadlines your project is. We cover the cost of travel and housing when you are out on assignments. You'll be part of a team of detail-oriented people doing the administrative work behind the scenes to make voter registration drives successful. About the Position This is a full-time, exempt position for a seasoned, versatile campaigner with the ability to juggle many priorities, build ambitious programs, and manage a lot of different responsibilities and relationships simultaneously. The position is remote, and unfortunately we can’t hire people who would be working from these states: Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Utah, West Virginia. The position will involve a fair amount of travel during peak campaign periods. This is a Project Director-level position reporting directly to the Political Director and working closely in collaboration with the Executive Team, Support Departments, and on-the-ground leadership all across the country. What you’ll do: Build Campaign Plans, Proposals & Pitches - Work with the Political Director to create campaign models, budgets, and program proposals. About the Position This is a part-time position housed within the Data and Systems team. The Data and Systems team plays a critical role in helping the field teams hit their goals and win campaigns by developing new tools and automation to make internal processes like recruitment, onboarding, and payroll more efficient at scale. In the Low-Code Internal Tools Developer role, you’ll work to solve unique operational needs for our internal teams by either iterating on top of our existing technical infrastructure, or sometimes by creating a brand-new tool or automation. While we utilize a wide array of internal tools, we’re primarily looking for someone who can help build out low-code features in: 1) our custom CRM app built in Zoho Creator and 2) Google Workspace via writing/editing custom Apps Script. The Senior Payroll Coordinator is a full time position for an experienced project and people manager who loves administration, data and technology. The position is remote within the U.S. and may involve 0-10 days per year of travel.
