Overview: The JSS role is responsible for identifying key large‑scale end user targets and facilitating their conversion to the Milwaukee brand, with a strong focus on Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) such as brushcutters, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and snow blowers. The role includes cold calling, field visits, and making joint sales calls with or on behalf of distributors. Key end‑user groups include: landscaping contractors, municipal and public services, property and facility maintenance companies, forestry operators, and outdoor maintenance service providers. This is a mobile field‑based position covering the North-East part of Romania, Moldova. The role also includes servicing existing customers, increasing repeat business, and building long‑term relationships within the assigned territory. Main Responsibilities: - Plan and manage your personal customer portfolio according to the business strategy and agreed goals and objectives. - Demonstrate the range of outdoor power equipment and accessories to existing and new specialist end users, converting key contractors to the Milwaukee brand. - Provide efficient solutions and technical support on Milwaukee’s innovative OPE product range, applications and services. - Train and educate end users on the performance advantages and safe, proper use of Milwaukee outdoor equipment. - Ensure that all Company products and services are continually promoted through regular contact with existing customers and prospects, and follow up leads for new business opportunities. - Set relevant call objectives in CRM and plan follow‑up actions to further develop and penetrate accounts. - Update CRM daily to maintain a broad but detailed range of customer and activity information. - Maintain a high level of product, trade and application knowledge, with emphasis on OPE. - Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events as required. - Carry out any other ad‑hoc duties as instructed by the Line Manager. Skills/Experience Required: - Minimum 2 years of successful selling experience, with strong emphasis on end‑user/commercial sales. - Ideally experience in or knowledge of outdoor power equipment, garden tools, landscaping equipment, forestry tools, or construction-related tools and services. - Practically minded with technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge. - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills internally and externally. - Strong IT skills, e.g. CRM, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet. - Willingness to work away from home when necessary and occasional weekends (agreed in advance). - Clean Driving License. - English – working knowledge. Job Description: Techtronic Industries Power Equipment, a subsidiary of TTI, has an opening for a Field Specialist – RYOBI Experience Team to be responsible for providing best-in-class support for TTI brand riding mower programs by professionally engaging customers and service centers in the field to expand the riding mower program. This includes covering a territory to diagnose and repair riding mower units in the field, training and recruiting service centers, and working closely with the engagement center in Anderson, S.C. Primary Responsibilities - Responsible for a covering a large territory for riding mower customer support - Diagnosing and repairing TTI riding mowers in the field - Recruiting and training new service centers for riding mower repair programs - Training existing service centers within territory on current and new riding mowers - Being a subject matter expert on riding mower programs - Visiting customer residences to diagnose and repair mowers - Visiting service centers when needed for repair assistance - Keeping constant communication channels open with all TTI parties - Conduct phone support for customer and service centers when needed - Providing performance reports when requested - Work with engineering and project management on current issues identified - Keep an organized and clean company provided work vehicle and tools - Other duties as assigned Requirements - Extensive travel within territory and some overnight stays - Must be mechanically inclined - Specific rider repair training will be provided - Must be able to problem solve and have critical thinking skills - Prior presenting and/or training skills preferred - Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills - Must have the ability and desire to satisfy consumers and end-users with little guidance or management intervention - Empathy and ability to relate to customers is necessary
