Role Description Navitor Inc., a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to help support our most progressive strategic partnerships. We’re seeking a high-energy, passionate individual to join a winning team responsible for utilizing top-notch prospecting, sales, and collaboration skills to develop and maintain favorable relationships and to increase revenue through managing new and existing products. In this role, you will be a key player in support of our strategy, sales goals, and educational opportunities while also overcoming objections. Your Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships to increase sales within our larger Fortune 1000-type accounts with mid-to-long length sales cycles. - Plan sales programs by identifying consumer buying behavior and their influences, identifying new accounts or prospecting when possible, training resources, and assisting with negotiations. - Travel: attend weekly sales meetings, present updates on products and cross-selling initiatives, selling and prospecting alongside Sales Representatives. Requirements - 5+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success in following an opportunity through closing. - Strong comfort level on the phone, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, to include networking, cold calling, group/individual presentations, and contract negotiation. - A strong customer focus: the ability to develop effective relationships internally and externally; positive attitude, friendly, and able to work confidently and comfortably in emerging environments. • Ongoing functional testing of enhancements, defects, etc., for web-based applications • Assuming ownership of testing for potentially multiple customer projects • Creation of detailed test plans and test cases to exercise functionality • Defect reporting, tracking and analysis • Timely communication of progress to manage • Some 2nd tier customer support as needed to address questions and issues raised by our customers • Bringing ideas to the team to improve testing process and overall product quality

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture (EA) frameworks, standards, and reference architecture • Collaborate with Governance Committee and Architecture Review Board (ARB) • Develop and enforce architecture principles and technology selection criteria • Align IT strategy with business capabilities • Provide architectural oversight for major programs • Lead the development and adoption of enterprise reference architectures • Establish and scale a unified DevSecFinOps model • Assess current application landscape and define modernization strategies • Identify, evaluate, and incubate emerging technologies • Partner with CIO, CISO, and other IT/Business leaders to align architecture strategy with organizational goals • Mentor architects and engineering teams

• Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion and additional systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives • Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable, and secure Oracle solution designs • Define and maintain architecture patterns and reference architectures for integrations, extensions, and data flows • Conduct discovery and design workshops with key teams to define and document future-state processes • Review design documents to ensure alignment with architecture and business objectives • Collaborate with technical solution partner owners, business, and functional leaders on system integration needs to present solutions to stakeholders • Architect and oversee integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, and event-driven patterns • Design and govern extensions using VBCS, APEX, and ATP databases where appropriate • Ensure reliable end-to-end data flows between Oracle Fusion and downstream/upstream enterprise systems • Review solution designs and technical deliverables to ensure compliance with architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices • Participate in and influence Architecture Review Board (ARB) decisions, providing clear guidance and risk assessment • Identify and mitigate architectural risks early in the lifecycle • Partner with functional leads (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales) to align Oracle solutions to business processes • Collaborate with Oracle implementation partners, third-party vendors, and internal delivery teams • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers, integration engineers, and application specialists • Support complex deployments, data conversions, and phased cutovers during Oracle Fusion implementations • Drive system performance, scalability, and reliability improvements post go-live • Continuously improve architecture practices based on lessons learned and evolving business strategy

• Serve as a key resource in the design, development, and ongoing support of technical integrations and extensions to Oracle ERP and ancillary systems • Actively participate in system design sessions which include user interviews, requirements documentation, and data collection • Collaborate with technical solution partner owners and SMEs on system integration needs to present solutions to stakeholders • Develop and present scalable prototypes, proof of concepts, and technical designs for current and new Oracle integrations and extensions • Perform technical unit testing and coordinate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing • Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate to Oracle Support as needed for timely resolution • Manage conflicting priorities, including post-production support
