• Assist customers and build strong relationships • Support customers via mail and phone • Actively develop relationships with new and existing customers • Identify and propose improvements to optimize workflows • Collaborate with sales engineers and product teams

• Combine engineering logic with digital strategy to build the content operation that helps SMEs solve problems and make confident decisions. • Act as a product owner for our content, deciding the best format to solve customer problems and analyzing content performance. • Ensure that Tameson is the primary source of truth for our products for Google, LLMs, and humans at SMBs. • Identify gaps in our current approach and execute improvements that drive the biggest impact. • Create unique value that competitors and AI models cannot replicate, producing proprietary assets like physical product benchmarks and deep-dive technical diagrams.

• Lead paid acquisition engine by turning complex data into scalable, profitable results • Drive growth by efficiently allocating capital across paid channels • Optimize marketing dollars for scalable revenue • Manage end-to-end architecture of paid media efforts • Analyze complex datasets to identify growth opportunities • Design and measure A/B and CRO tests • Build and own reporting layer in BigQuery and Looker Studio • Deploy advanced bidding and geotargeting

• Own the entire product strategy of a fast-growing industrial e-commerce company • Lead the development of our private label brand, TamesonPRO • Ensure product information is complete and consistent across all platforms • Collaborate with various teams including Marketing, IT, Sourcing, and Sales • Lead and grow the product team of 2 FTE, expected to grow to 3-4 FTE
