Paid Ads Acquisition Manager, Data Engineer

• Lead paid acquisition engine by turning complex data into scalable, profitable results • Drive growth by efficiently allocating capital across paid channels • Optimize marketing dollars for scalable revenue • Manage end-to-end architecture of paid media efforts • Analyze complex datasets to identify growth opportunities • Design and measure A/B and CRO tests • Build and own reporting layer in BigQuery and Looker Studio • Deploy advanced bidding and geotargeting
Job Requirements
- Skilled in SQL and Python
- Experience managing data pipelines
- Experience automating workflows
- Experience building dashboards
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition across multiple channels
- Enthusiasm for using AI and LLMs to improve productivity
- Driven by results like revenue and profit rather than simple output
- Understands product value (e.g. "solenoid valve" vs "coaxial valve")
- Works cross-functionally with Product and Operations teams
