Job Description
Head of Technical Content
Tameson
• Combine engineering logic with digital strategy to build the content operation that helps SMEs solve problems and make confident decisions. • Act as a product owner for our content, deciding the best format to solve customer problems and analyzing content performance. • Ensure that Tameson is the primary source of truth for our products for Google, LLMs, and humans at SMBs. • Identify gaps in our current approach and execute improvements that drive the biggest impact. • Create unique value that competitors and AI models cannot replicate, producing proprietary assets like physical product benchmarks and deep-dive technical diagrams.
Job Requirements
- High Engineering Knowledge: You have a background in engineering, deep experience in technical industries, and can explain the physics of our products easily.
- AI-Native Builder: You use AI tools to design and run content workflows, not just draft text. You have built automated or semi-automated pipelines from scratch, designed the workflow, chose the tools, and own the output. You have not just worked inside someone else's system.
- Outcome Owner: You are driven by results (traffic, conversion, revenue) rather than output (article or word count). You manage the roadmap and deliver end-to-end results.
- Collaborative Investigator: You do not work in a silo. You actively partner with our Product and Operations teams to extract their internal expertise. You work with them and translate their knowledge into public-facing content that sets us apart from competitors.
- Versatile Creator: You are comfortable switching formats and could work on writing a white paper, designing calculator logic, auditing category pages, and building dashboards to analyze results all in 1 week.
