• Take ownership of product design, branding, and the evolution of the design function. • Spend approximately half of your time on hands-on product design, customer research, and brand development. • Own the user experience across three core product areas in collaboration with Product Engineering. • Shape and evolve the company's brand with the Staff Designer. • Lead and develop the Design Team across Product Design, Branding, and Web Experience. • Regularly speak with customers to understand their workflows and translate insights into product decisions. • Establish design systems, interaction patterns, and quality standards across product, web, and brand. • Collaborate directly with Engineering and the founders in a highly iterative environment.

• Design and deploy AI-powered customer workflows, automations, and integrations. • Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, authentication, and modern integration patterns. • Develop lightweight applications and supporting code to solve customer-specific challenges. • Troubleshoot production environments and optimize AI deployments. • Influence product development by translating customer feedback into product improvements. • Build reusable deployment templates and implementation best practices that scale across customers.

• Take ownership of customers immediately after the sales process, leading them through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the platform. • Become a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes while identifying opportunities to further expand their use of the solution. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and AI teams, translating customer needs into practical solutions and helping shape the future of the product through direct customer feedback. • Build long-term client relationships and solve business problems with technology in a high-growth environment where customer success directly influences company growth.
