The responsibility spans across direct people management, external stakeholder management, and internal Medical Affairs strategy development and execution. Position Summary: The Director, Medical Field Team is a field-facing representative of the US Medical Affairs Department. The Director, Medical Field Team will be responsible for the direct management of a portion of the Medical Field team including but not limited to supervision, execution of assigned Medical Field activities, expense report reviews and approvals, PTO approvals, field observations, Medical Field team development and Medical Field team evaluations.
