• Qualify and follow up on inbound leads. • Follow up on leads via email, phone, sms, stalking or chasing after them from a distance. • Engage with potential clients across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls to schedule and conduct software demos. • Manage the sales process from enquiry to closure. • Track all activities in Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk. • Represent SyncEzy at industry trade shows and networking events (virtually or in person).
• Build and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns (SEO, paid, email, webinars) • Own lead generation and pipeline contribution • Create high-quality B2B SaaS content (landing pages, case studies, product pages) • Optimize website conversion and funnel performance • Manage and improve marketing automation (Zoho / CRM workflows) • Run and scale webinar programs (sales + customer success) • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion • Lead and coordinate freelancers, agencies, and internal team members
