Account Executive – Portugal
SyncEzy
• Qualify and follow up on inbound leads. • Follow up on leads via email, phone, sms, stalking or chasing after them from a distance. • Engage with potential clients across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls to schedule and conduct software demos. • Manage the sales process from enquiry to closure. • Track all activities in Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk. • Represent SyncEzy at industry trade shows and networking events (virtually or in person).
Job Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- 4+ years in B2B sales (SaaS/software preferred).
- Experience with virtual product demos via Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams.
- Self-motivated & disciplined – remote work requires ownership and accountability.
- A good understanding of construction/trade services is a plus.
- Experience with Procore, Autodesk, Simpro, or similar software is highly valued.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Project Management systems, SharePoint, GDrive, and Dropbox.
- A quiet workspace with a plain background and high-speed internet (100/50 Mbps min).
