Role Description SWBC is seeking a talented individual to enter, verify, research, review, and update pertinent insurance data into the computer system to reflect the most current/accurate information; make payments to insurance companies to ensure that our Client's interests are protected; make outbound calls to clarify information; research the automated matching system; and make corrections to the system updates on the files and make any corrective payments, as needed. You are an integral part of the Financial Institution Group organization, ensuring that data is correctly keyed and validated to maintain quality for the life of the document. - Resolves escrow disbursement discrepancies by researching the loan and making outbound calls to the insurance agency/company to obtain required information in order to make timely and accurate updates and insurance payments to loan files. - Reviews insurance documents that have been sent through CES which require additional research due to missing information. - Researches, verifies, and updates the status of loan insurance information by website exploration to include Unable to Locate (UTL) documents to ensure the submitted documents are matched to the correct file. - Disburses insurance premiums through manual process using SWBC's computer system. - Determines if a document can be used to update or comment a loan. - Makes necessary adjustments to insurance lines based on data found on reports, documents, or notes on AS400 history. - Enters updates to the pertinent insurance data into the computer system in a timely manner ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to department procedures. - Performs data processing/customer service functions in support of the SWBC Escrow Tracking Program. Qualifications - High School diploma or GED. - Minimum two (2) years data entry, customer service, or related experience in a Mortgage or Banking environment preferred. - Basic understanding of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for making and receiving calls from insurance agencies. - Strong organizational, analytical, and attention to detail skills to perform multiple work assignments. - Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficient computer and accurate keyboard skills in utilizing computer applications such as MS Word and Excel. - Working knowledge of general office equipment such as phone system, copier, scanner, and the like. - Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities. - Able to lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items. - Able to work flexible hours which may include early mornings, late evenings, or weekends. - Able to multi-task and be adaptable to change. - Able to meet department expectation and handle repetitive work. • Serve as the primary SWBC PEO representative and primary contact with assigned clients and shared employees • Responsible for all aspects of the payroll for the assigned employees facilitating timely and accurate processing of multi-state, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll schedules • Maintains payroll-related accounts and processes multi-state payroll • Responsible for reconciliation and accuracy of payroll system • Prepares forms, enters data into payroll system, computes wages and deductions, and posts to payroll records • Interacts with clients regarding payroll questions and problem resolution • Maintains and processes appropriate records to support all payroll transactions including salary changes, deduction changes, terminations, and name and address changes • Works with clients to resolve payroll issues and/or discrepancies • Processes garnishments • Collects and ensures new hire paperwork and appropriate documents are processed accurately in the payroll and timekeeping systems • Maintains W-4 and I-9 documents for all client new hires and processes E-Verify • Performs all other duties as assigned

• Obtain, prepare and process all necessary documentation required for mortgage loan files through approval. • Ensure customer service standards are upheld when responding to inquiries. • Ensure loan processing is in compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines. • Prepare loan files for loan submission to underwriting by inputting information into system, completing processing sheets, and prioritizing documents. • Review and verify each file to ensure all information is correct and current. • Order credit reports, title commitments, surveys, and appraisals from appropriate parties. • Act as liaison between customers and all parties involved in the transaction and communicate with customers regarding loan status. • Submit files through automated underwriting for approval and completed loan packages to appropriate underwriter for final approval. • Prepare approved loans for closing and coordinate closing with lenders, borrowers, and title companies. • Attend seminars, in-house training sessions, and/or read mortgage publications to stay abreast of new loan product guidelines and processing procedures. • Send verification for deposits, employment, installment loans, mortgages and rentals as required.

• Identifies coverage and sets up new claims in the claims system along with assigning the appropriate adjuster, appraiser, and/or vendor • Documents and notates claims as necessary, including for contacts with clients and appraisal companies • Handles incoming correspondence to assist lenders, borrowers, and third-party administrators • Uploads and saves imaging documents into the claim system • Performs other daily activities, including maintaining daily tracker, distributing mail to appropriate parties, logging customer complaints, and completing special projects • Handles incoming calls in a phone queue and uses excellent customer service skills to gather claim information • Reviews claims statuses and notates the claims system with the status • Proven research skills with ability to quickly locate and analyze relevant data • High level of self-motivation and discipline to work independently • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Examines and researches inquiries from customers regarding the claims process, status, and settlements • Reconciles weekly claim reserves to ensure proper tracking and reporting of reserves • Releases custom weekly reports to carriers, clients, and third-party administrators • Performs other duties as required

• Provide support and assistance in all aspects of the mortgage finance business and compliance • Ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations • Provide independent oversight and guidance regarding SWBC Mortgage products, services, and processes • Support internal customers to ensure compliance with state or federal lending laws and company policy • Assist in the preparation of federal and state regulatory examinations and internal audits • Provide administrative support including reviewing and preparing reports and correspondence • Participate in special department projects • Perform internal pre-close and post-close audits • Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures • Create, revise, and maintain federal and state lending disclosures • Maintain state and federal lending reference manuals, matrices, and history files • Assist with coordination and responding to notices from regulatory agencies and investors

• Resolves inbound service calls regarding routine questions, inquiries, and/or problems associated with processing of loss drafts made by borrowers, contractors, and insurance companies and third parties in a timely and courteous manner by researching and verifying information and distribution status • Tags (record) the call • Inputs information regarding conversation accurately into the Loss Draft Tracking system as required to document call activity • Sets-up processing tasks such as property inspections, disbursement requests, and other activities pertinent to the loss draft process • Applies de-escalation skills when callers are upset and appropriately refers unresolved calls to the appropriate team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Performs other duties as required
