Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Software Engineer to support our government customer. The selected applicants will join the team as we seek to deliver world-class capabilities for our client and their associated contractors, driving productivity and innovation. This team supports system architecture and design, infrastructure and OS level support, commercial tool integration, and application support. This position will include the following duties and responsibilities: Responsibilities include: - Monitors application status; support application event triage, monitoring, tracking, and correlation and event characterization and escalation, work with vendors as needed for event resolution. Follows up with customer to ensure issue has been resolved. - Software engineer with strong Linux and Windows Server knowledge to troubleshoot, patch, and maintain complex applications and services. - Experience building instances using Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Possesses knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and other scripting languages. -The software engineer should be familiar with Salt Configuration to maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot software deployed on various environments. - Assisting with the configuration and operation of business systems (mainframe, mini and client/server-based). - Deploying and integrating software products and to ensure compatibility with associated platforms. - The candidate must have strong communication skills to communicate with Software Developers to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Monitor systems and logs to resolve any issues and errors that may arise. - Must be familiar with Oracle, Mongo, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases. - The individual must have the ability to write SOPs to ensure continuity of operations and to share with other members of the team. - The individual will create and manage security groups for various projects and systems. - Must be able to work after normal core working hours to deploy new software and conduct maintenance of critical systems. - Be familiar with security protocols and requirements to address questions and concerns regarding security testing for various software and servers. Required Education, Experience, & Skills - TS/SCI w/CI poly required - Some Cloud Formation experience - RDS experience - DoD 8570 compliant IAT Level II Certificate or equivalent - Experience with Linux - Ability to work weekend/evening hours if needed to support mission requirements (e.g. scheduled deployments, break fixes) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Experience with Elasticsearch - Familiarity with integrated AI/ML solutions Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. • Reference Architectures: Design, build, and validate reference architectures that show how MinIO deploys in real AI and analytics environments, including configurations aligned to enterprise and partner architecture standards. Document them so a customer can reproduce the result. • Benchmarking and Performance Validation: Plan, run, and document benchmarks across AIStor and MemKV. Report results with full configuration and workload context, for example aggregate throughput in a stated cluster configuration or microsecond retrieval of cached context, so every number is defensible and repeatable. • Demos and Proofs of Concept: Build reproducible demos and proof-of-concept environments that demonstrate MinIO across the AI pipeline, from ingest and training data lakes to large-context serving and KV cache offload. Make complex capabilities easy to see and easy to rerun. • Integration Validation: Validate and document MinIO's integrations with the modern AI infrastructure stack, including inference frameworks, GPU-accelerated platforms, networking, and partner hardware. Surface what works, what the requirements are, and what the measured impact is. • Technical Content Creation: Produce technical blogs, deployment guides, solution briefs, and hands-on labs aimed at an architect and platform-engineering audience, written in a precise, peer-to-peer register with claims qualified by configuration and workload. • Partner Co-Engineering Support: Work hands-on with partner technical teams on joint validation, lab benchmarks, and co-engineered solutions, supporting the co-engineered, not co-marketed standard with real, reproducible results. • Field and SE Enablement: Build and deliver deep technical enablement for sales engineers and account teams, including technical briefings, demo assets, and deployment guidance, and provide hands-on support in complex evaluations and proofs of concept. • Customer-Facing Technical Engagement: Present architectures, benchmarks, and demos directly to technical buyers and architects, and bring field and customer feedback back into content, demos, and product input.

• Design, implement, test and deploy algorithmic solutions for LBPF toolpath generation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose new solutions to improve material quality and print productivity via software solutions • Integrate engineering software into the broader factory application infrastructure • Contribute to code reviews, and produce robust code solutions that can be used in a manufacturing production environment • Contribute to CI/CD workflows to containerize and automate deployments

• Write secure, maintainable, production ready code that meets internal standards and industry best practices • Enhance and extend existing products including complex reporting queries, large dataset processing and Microsoft Graph or third party API integrations • Design and build scalable APIs that integrate with internal and external services • Contribute across the stack including backend services and React based frontend functionality • Translate product requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans • Communicate progress effectively through standups and written updates • Apply security best practices to protect customer and internal data • Ensure thorough testing, participate in code reviews and proactively resolve defects and performance issues • Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge across business units
