• Assist in developing brand and web design concepts • Create mockups, layouts, and design assets for social platforms • Shadow real client projects and participate in creative reviews • Receive weekly feedback and mentorship • Collaborate asynchronously with the team via Slack, Figma, Notion, or similar tools

• Promote Studio Vanta’s UI/UX services, design retainers, and website bundles. • Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, DMs, or community referrals • Use our pitch templates and sales scripts (we provide training & materials) • Follow up on leads and keep basic records updated in our CRM

Role Description We're looking for a Freelance Sales Partner to help us grow our client base and digital product sales — no experience required, just drive and good communication skills. - Promote Studio Vanta’s UI/UX services, design retainers, and website bundles. - Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, DMs, or community referrals. - Use our pitch templates and sales scripts (we provide training & materials). - Follow up on leads and keep basic records updated in our CRM. You’re a Good Fit If: - You’re confident in writing DMs, emails, or pitching to people online. - You’re self-motivated and don’t need to be micromanaged. - You’re curious about design, digital services, or the creative tech space. - You want to earn extra income and build your portfolio of experience. - You can dedicate 4–6 hours/week to focused sales activity. Qualifications - Laptop or smartphone with internet access (BYOD). - Fluent English (written and verbal). - Based in South Africa or comfortable selling in similar markets.
