• Proactively sell into existing install base and new clients focusing on increasing market share in the Digital Intelligence industry • Handle customer inquiries and maintain a clean queue of inbound leads • Solution selling to increase average order value • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives and Account Management to exceed goals • Meet or exceed sales objectives. • Understand the customer’s needs, their eco-system, and have a deep knowledge of solutions • Prepare for, manage, and execute onsite and remote installation and training with new and existing customers • Follow best practices in issue resolution, managing customer expectations, and delivery of solutions on complex network environments • Work in synergy with the Technical account Experts to meet with the relevant KPIs and excel with customers’ experience interfacing with product management, R&D, and Technical Customer Support, providing technical insight and customer feedback from the field • Support team with Digital Forensics activities

• Drive, negotiate and finalize various agreements in different jurisdictions, including sales, licensing, distribution, consultancy, services, NDAs and much more; • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations on numerous legal and business issues; • Provide legal advice regarding a wide variety of legal matters to the company's different departments (Sales, Product, R&D, MIS, IT) • Monitor and provide guidance on data privacy and other applicable laws and regulations; • Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business • Interface with and manage support from outside counsel as needed.
