• Leverage existing relationships with elite sports contacts to generate immediate pipeline to consistently deliver against quarterly targets • Lead negotiations with C-suite, Sporting Directors, Heads of Performance, and Technical Directors • Identify and develop strategic partnerships (federations, leagues, distributors where relevant) • Experience expanding into new markets • Meet and exceed sales targets • Be methodical in your approach to deliver consistency of results • Prepare any sales quotes and orders in a timely and well-presented manner, ensuring that all information provided is accurate and without errors and that all documents used are relevant and specific to a given sport or institution • Creative during periods of negotiations, maximizing return through the pricing matrix to ensure optimum results are achieved when closing commercial agreements • Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience and building lasting relationships within the industry • Be an industry expert-research, identify and understand the growing changes and trends within the market • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and understand what separates STATSports from the competition • Ensure records are kept, monitored and tracked for all potential and current sales leads, internal documents and systems are updated daily to ensure accuracy and up to date info is provided • Be proactive, creative, organised and demonstrate strong work ethic in order to complete daily tasks and drive sales growth • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement, for your performance and processes
