Account Manager

STATSports

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. • Be strategic in your approach, providing proactive, value add account management services. • Ensure clients are using most up to date products, and are fully trained on every aspect of the STATSports GPS system. • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries and assist with challenging requests or issues escalations as needed. • Recording interactions with clients daily to create a timeline of service provided. • Visit clients throughout the year to ensure client’s needs and objectives are being met. • Prepare reports on accounts status.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Japanese and English (oral and written)
  • Educated to degree level in sports science or related field
  • A good understanding of the dynamics of the Japanese football, baseball and rugby industry
  • Previous commercial experience with an ability to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Hold a Japanese driving license and have access to own car
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
