• Design and develop backend systems in Clojure powering Vera's core intelligence and orchestration capabilities • Build the infrastructure that enables shared context, reasoning, coordination, and decision support across multiple AI products • Work across the stack where needed; our frontend is built with Datastar, not a traditional React/JS setup • Contribute to technical direction, architecture decisions, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing across a senior engineering environment

• Feature development and maintenance across two React applications • Improve frontend architecture, raise code quality, and contribute to technical decisions • Collaborate with experienced engineers in a low-ego team • Work on a flagship platform with active users across international markets

• Own and evolve key parts of Marketer's backend, written in Clojure, built for scale and speed • Design and ship GraphQL APIs, integrating closely with Hasura and a Postgres-oriented architecture • Implement workflow orchestration using Temporal, coordinating async systems and events reliably • Work deeply with Postgres, optimizing queries and ensuring DB performance at scale • Build, maintain, and scale microservices that integrate seamlessly across our platform • Influence architecture, patterns, and tooling - your voice matters

• Build and extend our agents using the Cloudflare Agents SDK and Durable Objects • Develop visualizations of massive action plans, with data and integrations spanning Meta, Google, Shopify and WooCommerce and more. • Contribute to schema-driven integration tooling built from our internal data models • Work on edge computing services that process and stream structured datasets • Help scale per-tenant data environments powering AI decision logic using Knowledge/Context Graphs • Design and maintain scalable APIs and full-stack systems in TypeScript • Monitor user journeys using Posthog and take part in customer interviews to drive the next steps

• Own the infrastructure behind Manta, a distributed AI platform combining edge computing, dedicated servers, and high-performance data systems • Lead migration from managed hosting to a global Hetzner-based setup • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools • Build monitoring and observability across services • Design deployment pipelines that support enterprise customers • Contribute to building secure on-prem deployment capability • Improve performance, cost efficiency, and system stability

• Work with a senior team, own the metrics that matter, and build the evaluation backbone of an AI-native hiring platform. • Design and Own Sourcing Metrics: Turn subjective product feedback into structured, quantitative signals that drive improvement. Partner with product and engineering to define sourcing quality metrics (relevance, match accuracy, diversity). • Build and validate measurement frameworks from scratch; Translate qualitative feedback into SQL-based metrics; Communicate metrics and analytic logic across teams; Own the feedback → metric → business insight loop. • Build LLM Evaluation Systems: Define evaluation matrices and success criteria (hallucination rates, tool accuracy, consistency); Implement evaluation frameworks using Langfuse (or similar tools); Build monitoring, baselines, and continuous improvement processes. • Contribute Technically: Write production Clojure / ClojureScript where needed; Collaborate with senior full-stack engineers; Maintain high code standards and quality.
