Role Description The People and OD Business Partner role is a senior and influential post, which is an integral part of the divisional senior management team. The purpose of the role is to provide a highly specialist strategic people and organisational development (OD) focus, provide support and challenge for the Division, to support the delivery of the Shropshire Telford & Wrekin Community and Acute Hospital NHS Group’s vision and strategic goals alongside continuous improvement. - Deliver a pro-active and professional business partnering service working closely and collaboratively with the multi professional senior leadership teams, internally and externally. - Lead on all aspects of strategic workforce planning, redesign and transformation. - Facilitate leadership development and increase colleague engagement. - Provide expert guidance on people management practices for their designated Division. - Embed excellent OD and People practice and standards. - Increase people management capability within the Division using a restorative just and learning mind-set embedding an inclusive culture of well-being. - Be a member of the Divisional Senior Leadership Team understanding the context of operational requirements and advising on how to meet and deliver the people agenda. Qualifications - Master’s degree or equivalent level of experience. - Evidence of continuing Professional Development. Requirements - Experience of acting as a Business Partner to a Senior Leadership team, leading on supporting with workforce development and transformation. - Experience within a large, unionised and complex environment. - Proven experience of building excellent professional relationships, quickly developing rapport based on professionalism, trust and integrity. - Experience of contributing to senior meetings providing authoritative advice and timely, accurate interpretation of workforce information. - Knowledge and experience of employment law, performance, compensation and benefits, successful re-organisation including redundancy / TUPE. - Experience of managing HR casework including attendance, disciplinary and grievances. - Expert level of knowledge in strategic workforce issues, including legislation, NHS Policy, workforce planning and best practice. - Experience in analysing management information to identify trends. - Experience in managing large scale changes to workforce. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation skills to engage audiences and deliver key messages. - Strong analytical skills in order to provide resolution to complex issues. - Ability to analyse complex data from various sources (quantitative and qualitative) to identify trends and make recommendations. - To work confidently with senior leaders, advising, challenging and influencing as necessary. - Experience of developing staff experience through improving diversity and inclusion. - Ability to work with unpredictable situations and pressure and to tight deadlines. - Able to respond to frequent unpredictable interruptions whilst remaining focused on key priorities. - Positive about new ways of dealing with situations and role modelling this to others. - Responsiveness and positive approach to change. - Ability to accept uncertainty and adapt as necessary to get on with the job. - Remain calm and focused under pressure. Role Description Spinwell Global are working with a Global Entity to recruit a Senior Engineering Cost & Estimation Specialist for their operations in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Engineering Cost & Estimation Specialist, you will collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to deliver accurate estimates that optimize product and WCS solution designs. You will manage diverse entities independently, documenting activities and generating reports to ensure regulatory compliance and high operational standards. - Knowledge Transfer: Mentoring new personnel to ensure technical proficiency. - Process Innovation: Driving continuous improvement to elevate design standards and efficiency. - Safety & Communication: Enforcing strict safety protocols while bridging communication gaps across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project integration. Qualifications - Degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering (BSc/MSc). - 4–6 years of hands-on cost estimation experience, specifically for engineered-to-order, heavy equipment, or steel structures. - 3+ years in structural design; experience with FEM/FEA and container handling equipment is highly preferred. - Strong background on the OEM/EPC side, including procurement, logistics, and multi-stakeholder project environments. - Expert in Excel-based cost modeling; proficiency in ERP systems, MS365, and 3D CAD (SolidWorks) is an advantage.
