Business Development Representative
SpendMend
• Drive outbound prospecting campaigns, generating qualified leads through high-volume calls, emails, and outreach. • Simultaneously hunt to schedule appointments for the Sales RVPs, while nurturing a named (finite) list of large target accounts for future opportunities. • Engage with executives at large health systems to uncover needs and position SpendMend’s value-driven solutions. • Consistently exceed KPIs for calls and emails, and qualified meetings booked. • Master SpendMend’s suite of solutions and confidently speak the language of healthcare finance and procurement.
Job Requirements
- Proven success in B2B appointment setting, preferably selling complex or consultative services.
- Proven history of hitting and exceeding quotas – you thrive on competition and reward.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and accountable; you don’t need micromanagement to deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare experience a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience ideal).
