All team members are expected to excel in: - Relationships - Communication - Quality Service - Operational Excellence - Innovation & Growth Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute inbound digital campaigns that generate qualified CAS leads for the sales team. - Manage paid ads, paid social, retargeting, landing pages, organic social, email nurturing, and lead capture strategies. - Own HubSpot campaign setup, tracking, workflows, attribution, and reporting. - Build dashboards and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, pipeline influence, and ROI. - Manage and coordinate third-party website and SEO vendors to ensure CAS digital content, landing pages, messaging, visuals, and user experience remain current, aligned with campaign goals, and optimized for lead generation. - Develop industry-specific messaging and campaigns based on ideal client profiles and buyer pain points. - Manage CAS technology partner relationships and identify co-marketing opportunities including sponsorships, webinars, joint campaigns, and conferences. - Create and manage CAS marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, web copy, and sales enablement content. - Lead the development of case studies and client success stories. - Track and coordinate speaking opportunities, conference participation, webinars, and presentation preparation. - Ensure all materials align with firm brand standards and messaging. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience. - Strong HubSpot and WordPress experience required. - Experience with inbound marketing, paid digital campaigns, landing pages, retargeting, email nurturing, and reporting. - Experience in professional services, accounting, advisory or financial services preferred. - Excellent writing, editing, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once. - Experience with partner marketing, co-marketing, webinars, events, or sales enablement preferred. Requirements - The compensation target for this role is $80,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. - Discretionary incentive compensation is based on firm, group, and individual performance. Role Description The Billing & Collections Supervisor supports the Billing & Collections Manager by overseeing daily billing operations, accounts receivable management, and collections processes across all service lines. This role ensures invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant while helping manage receivables and support cash collections. The Supervisor serves as the first point of escalation for billing and A/R team members and helps maintain efficient workflows, strong internal controls, and consistent billing practices across the organization.
