• Design end-to-end quality strategy and establish long-term technical guidelines for projects. • Lead research, adoption, and governance of new technologies, including the use of Artificial Intelligence to optimize testing. • Influence system architecture to ensure systems are testable, resilient, and designed for high reliability. • Mentor, upskill, and guide the technical development of other quality engineers on the team. • Work directly with strategic clients, translating complex quality engineering metrics into business value.

• Work with the team during development sprints to specify test scenarios and execute manual tests on applications (web/desktop/mobile apps); • Collaborate with the team to ensure prerequisites for test execution are met; • Assist in training other team members on processes and technologies used; • Propose process improvements to the team that enhance the quality of our deliverables; • Introduce tools, processes and methodologies that increase work efficiency; • Participate in the development, maintenance and evolution of applications/frameworks for test automation; • Develop and support applications aimed at integrating automation frameworks with project and test management systems; • Actively contribute to the management and construction of Quality Gates and automated test structures within the CI pipeline.
