• Design end-to-end quality strategies and define long-term technical guidelines for projects; • Architect, validate and evolve complex automation frameworks and accelerators from scratch; • Lead research, adoption and governance of new technologies, working with Artificial Intelligence (such as LLMs and autonomous agents) to optimize testing; • Actively manage, build and evolve Quality Gates, test observability and automated pipelines within complex CI/CD environments; • Influence system architecture to ensure systems are testable, resilient, and designed for high reliability; • Mentor, enable, and guide the technical development of other quality engineers on the team; • Interface directly with strategic clients, translating complex engineering-quality metrics into business value and providing full transparency about system health, evolution, and reliability to the team and decision-makers.

• Design end-to-end quality strategy and define long-term technical guidelines for projects; • Architect, validate and evolve complex automation frameworks and accelerators from scratch; • Lead research, adoption and governance of new technologies, including applying Artificial Intelligence (e.g., LLMs and autonomous agents) to optimize testing; • Actively manage, build and evolve Quality Gates, test observability and automated pipelines within complex CI/CD workflows; • Influence system architecture to ensure testability, resilience and high reliability; • Mentor, enable and guide the technical development of other quality engineers on the team; • Interface directly with strategic clients, translating complex quality engineering metrics into business value and providing full transparency on system health, evolution and reliability to the team and decision-makers.

• Execute manual tests and support the execution of automated tests on systems (web, desktop, and mobile apps), according to sprint planning; • Support the writing and detailing of functional test scenarios; • Log and track the lifecycle of bugs/evidence found in issue-tracking tools; • Assist in the maintenance and updating of test automation scripts; • Explore and experiment with Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize daily testing tasks.

• Work with the team during development sprints to specify test scenarios and execute manual tests on applications (web/desktop/mobile apps); • Collaborate with the team to ensure prerequisites for test execution are met; • Assist in training other team members on processes and technologies used; • Propose process improvements to the team that enhance the quality of our deliverables; • Introduce tools, processes and methodologies that increase work efficiency; • Participate in the development, maintenance and evolution of applications/frameworks for test automation; • Develop and support applications aimed at integrating automation frameworks with project and test management systems; • Actively contribute to the management and construction of Quality Gates and automated test structures within the CI pipeline.
