Job Description
Junior QA
Sofist
• Execute manual tests and support the execution of automated tests on systems (web, desktop, and mobile apps), according to sprint planning; • Support the writing and detailing of functional test scenarios; • Log and track the lifecycle of bugs/evidence found in issue-tracking tools; • Assist in the maintenance and updating of test automation scripts; • Explore and experiment with Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize daily testing tasks.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of the testing lifecycle (planning, execution, and bug reporting);
- Hands-on experience with manual testing across different platforms;
- Basic programming logic knowledge and theoretical/practical understanding of test automation using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, Selenium;
- Familiarity with API testing (Postman, Insomnia, or similar);
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience or exposure to monitoring quality metrics and structuring test reports;
- Interest and willingness to learn and use Artificial Intelligence tools in day-to-day work;
- Advanced conversational English (Preferred);
- Database knowledge (Preferred);
- Familiarity with writing BDD/Cucumber-style scenarios (Preferred).
