Role Description Please note: This opportunity is exclusively available to students who are enrolled in a recognized post-secondary co-op program and are seeking a co-op work term in the Fall of 2026. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator Co-op Student to join our marketing team! Reporting to our Brand & Editorial Content Strategist and Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Marketing team and their diverse range of activities across growth, content, events, ABM, and partnerships. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You’ll get exposure to many facets of marketing, including the opportunity to put forward or own initiatives when possible. Role Description We are seeking a Field & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to help us drive a cohesive events and high-touch ABM strategy that drives growth by covering the entire lifecycle of target account activation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be equal parts ABM strategist and event operator, responsible for: - Building target account lists - Identifying appropriate events and activations to connect with Shipfusion’s ICP - Executing all event logistics - Developing strategic ABM outreach Success will be measured by your ability to: - Nail the pre-event hustle (connecting with target accounts before we land) - Flawless execution of day-of-event logistics - Post-event follow-up to drive pipeline growth - Build and execute segmented ABM playbooks when the event calendar is clear In this role you will develop a deep understanding of Shipfusion’s ICP to support the following activities: - Event Management - Research and identify strategic event opportunities aligned with Shipfusion’s ICP and target accounts - Develop event briefs and prime Shipfusion leadership and sales team members on proposed events, expectations, and goals - Forecast expected Leads/SQLs and calculate cost per lead and pipeline impact for each event - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop required event assets and brainstorm event themes/approaches - Act as the single point of contact for event logistics (tickets, sponsorships, vendor coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.) - Work closely with Sales to ensure event strategies support revenue and pipeline targets - Execute effective pre- and post-event ABM outreach to maximize lead conversion - Leverage partnerships to enhance event impact - Manage and report on event budgets, including lead generation ROI per event - Account-Based Marketing - Use your understanding of Shipfusion’s ICP to build segmented target account lists for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many outreach - Develop ABM playbooks tailored to verticals, personas, and buying stages - Build and execute personalized campaigns across various channels - Monitor and act on intent data signals to trigger timely ABM or Sales outreach - Own reporting for ABM campaign performance and contribution to SQLs - Coordinate with Sales on lead handoff and pipeline tracking Qualifications - 3–6 years of experience in field marketing, with experience in both event management and account-based marketing, ideally in B2B or ecommerce/SaaS - Detail-oriented with strong organizational, timeline, and project management skills - Extensive experience managing event and campaign budgets, negotiating contracts, and tracking ROI - Comfortable owning event logistics while thinking strategically about outcomes - Invested in building deep relationships with Sales to drive alignment on shared goals - Experienced at drafting and developing compelling copy for targeted ABM outreach sequences - Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated experience working with ABM platforms, customer intelligence platforms, or CRM tools - Ability to travel 6-12 times per year across the U.S. Benefits - Attractive Salary and Lucrative Compensation Plan - Comprehensive Health and Dental Coverage - Generous Vacation Time (15 days of paid vacation and 5 paid wellness days) - Cutting-Edge Tech Setup (brand-new MacBook and budget for workspace peripherals) - Vibrant Company Social Events - Remote Work Opportunities - Exclusive Employee Discounts - Calm App Subscription (100% coverage) - Positive Company Culture - High Employee Retention Rates Company Description Shipfusion gives brands the best tools possible for building a successful eCommerce operation.
