Role Description The Assistant Regional Director supports the Regional Director in directing operations for assigned Centers within the Region. This role helps drive performance to meet budget, operational metrics, safety expectations, and company policies. The Assistant Regional Director collaborates closely with Center Managers and Regional staff to ensure consistent execution, strong communication, and ongoing development of teams while supporting key KPIs for the Region. Role Description The Regional Sales Manager works with the VP, Sales & Marketing, Area Sales Managers, Area Operations Managers, Regional marketing team, and corporate support to improve overall sales efforts in both RSR and CSR while meeting the guidance and direction provided by the Service Experts Business Model and established by Service Experts.
