Role Description Provide project coordination and Agile support for the Client technology initiatives. This role assists Delivery manager with planning, documentation, reporting, and facilitation of Agile ceremonies. - Support the Client project planning activities, including maintaining project schedules, sprint plans, task lists, and work breakdown structures. - Assist with Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and help ensure teams follow Agile practices. - Update and maintain Agile boards (Azure DevOps) including user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, and sprint progress. - Prepare project and team documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, risk and issue logs, change requests, and project artifacts required by COV PMD standards. - Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion. - Support project and sprint monitoring, escalating risks, blockers, or delays to senior PMs, Scrum Masters, or Product Owners. - Maintain project repositories, SharePoint sites, and documentation libraries in accordance with the Client and Commonwealth governance requirements. - Assist with stakeholder communication, gathering updates, clarifying requirements, and supporting project deliverables. - Perform basic data analysis to support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making. - Ensure compliance with the Client processes, COV ITRM standards, and engagement expectations. - Provide general administrative and logistical support to project and Scrum teams. Qualifications - Understanding of project management principles, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and the project lifecycle. - Experience with Agile concepts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity. - Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and supporting Scrum team operations. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise documentation and status updates. - Basic analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present information. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, business partners, and technical staff. - Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting. - Ability to follow established Client and Commonwealth processes and seek guidance when encountering unfamiliar situations. - Willingness to learn and grow in both traditional and Agile project management disciplines. Requirements - Information Technology, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. - 2-5 years of experience supporting projects, Agile teams, or administrative operations. - Exposure to Agile methodologies through coursework, training, or hands-on experience. - Experience using standard office software and collaboration tools. Functional configurations include, but are not limited to, PeopleSoft delivered features (e.g., Page and Field Configurator, Drop Zones, Event Mapping, Page Composer, and others). - Provides Level 2 Service Desk support, including complex ticket handling, advanced troubleshooting, clear documentation, and basic system configuration, all following established, auditable processes in coordination with a Managed Services vendor responsible for Tier 3 work. - Responsible for ensuring that all digital products and content meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. This includes maintaining perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust experiences for all users, regularly reviewing content for compliance, and implementing updates or remediation whenever accessibility issues are identified. - Works under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performing a variety of complicated tasks. Established processes and procedures must be followed. - Responsible for overseeing and acting as the first line of support to ensure that only accurate data is produced, security, including multi-tenancy, is enforced, that the system performs efficiently, and that all applicable policies are enforced. - Performs all work in accordance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles and practices for IT activities such as IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) that focus on aligning IT services with the needs of the business. - Actively participates in the Client Major Incident Management (MIM) process for P1 and P2 incidents according to module responsibilities. - Participates in Disaster Recovery and Upgrade Testing activities. - Makes presentations at CAPPS User Groups and the CAPPS Steering Committee as requested. - Participates as directed in an annual SOC-1 attestation audit designed to ensure that controls are effectively designed and operated to ensure the accuracy and security of all information contained/processed via CAPPS.
