Role Description We’re looking for a technology alliance owner to scale our largest strategic partnership through long-term planning and disciplined execution. You’ll own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with Snowflake, converting proven product-market fit into pipeline, GTM connectivity, and revenue. This is a highly cross-functional role. Reporting into Sales, it sits at the center of GTM, Channel, Product, Support, Services, and Enablement. It’s built for a builder — someone who creates structure, drives follow-through, and can establish Semarchy as a trusted part of Snowflake’s field motion. Snowflake is the primary focus, and you may also work with other technology partners as the ecosystem grows. Qualifications - 7+ years in strategic alliances, cloud partnerships, or partner ecosystem roles in tech. - Proven success in one or more of: Snowflake, hyperscaler or cloud alliances, or Marketplace motions. - Experience coordinating with services and delivery partners in enterprise accounts. - A strong understanding of enterprise software deals. - Comfort working across GTM, technology, and executive relationships. - Strong program management skills and high agency — you’re driven to get things done. - Elite communication and interpersonal skills. About the Role Semarchy is looking for an experienced Presales Solutions Engineer with a focus on technical pre-sales who knows the Enterprise Software space. Reporting to the Senior Director, Solutions Consultants, your primary objective will be to solve our prospective clients' complex data-related business issues with our innovative, best-of-breed xDM solution (top-5 analyst rated product) and xDI solution with a focus on data products and creating AI ready data. Must Have - Approximately 5+ years of experience working with data and relational databases in a similar role (e.g. Presales, Sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer) - A technical background with working knowledge of databases and SQL scripts, experience with analytics, and business intelligence solutions - Cloud experience in platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Hybrid, Private, etc., and a working knowledge of Java, Linux, & Windows - Ability to manipulate multiple databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc. and experience with one or more data integration solutions (ETL / EAI): ODI, Talend, Informatica - Understanding of on-prem, cloud, and SaaS enterprise architectures - Excellent presentation and platform skills along with presence and enthusiasm in both remote and in person environments - Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner - Hyper focused on satisfying the customer and strongly committed to always meeting deadlines in a friendly and professional manner - A commitment to continuously generating value and creating impact for the greater good of Semarchy and each other Nice to Have - Strong ability and social awareness to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with ALL Semarchians with preference for excellent written / verbal communication, presentation and creativity - 3+ years experience with Semarchy xDM & 3+ years experience with Enterprise Integration - Experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and container management a plus - Microsoft Visual Studio - Ability to work independently and swiftly learn and apply technologies to various business challenges - BA / BS degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related areas What You’ll Do - Discover and understand prospective client requirements to best support them and provide optimally configured solutions - Partner with Sales to plan, prepare and execute Demos that will aid in the conversion of prospective enterprise clients as they consider investing in our innovative MDM solution - Create and deliver powerful technical presentations and demonstrations that clearly explain our solution and Model the logical business case associated with each client opportunity to successfully match and modify requirements to proposed solutions - Manage technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses and be an evangelist of our unique value proposition - Support the implementation of client solutions (cloud, on-premises, etc.) and recommend improvements, understanding how best to employ our software to meet client needs - Make the organization, your team and external partners smarter by collecting and documenting competitive intelligence, sharing that information across our channel organization - Support the training and consulting efforts with clients beyond the sale We are committed to making Semarchy an even better place to work, and this means creating a high performing environment where everyone can do their Best Work, where they can Grow in their career path, and Be Accountable – to each other and Semarchy. *For those applicants in the CA, CO and NYC area, the salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000 base plus variable incentive. What You’ll DoLead Growth Strategy and Performance - Develop and execute integrated, data-backed digital strategies that drive predictable and efficient customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion across all global markets and channels. - Evolve Semarchy’s demand generation model into a growth-centric, performance-driven organization that connects strategy, execution, data and measurable impact. - Lead Growth Marketing to design and optimize ABM and ABX programs that expand reach, accelerate pipeline, and improve revenue velocity. - Oversee digital experience optimization—CRO, personalization, segmentation—to enhance conversion and lifetime value. Own Marketing Operations and Data Infrastructure - Lead the global marketing operations and data function, managing analytics infrastructure, dashboards, attribution modeling, and martech stack optimization. - Establish a unified performance measurement framework that clearly links digital metrics and revenue outcomes. - Ensure alignment of data and insights across Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to drive a unified go-to-market motion. - Implement and evolve marketing intelligence capabilities, including AI-driven analytics, predictive scoring, and customer data platforms. Drive Leadership and Strategic Impact - Act as the CMO’s strategic advisor, transforming marketing and data insights into board-ready narratives and executive recommendations. - Foster a data-first, agile culture that balances creativity with accountability and operational excellence. - Mentor global teams to work with clarity, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Must Have - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. - 10+ years of progressive marketing or revenue operations leadership, with 5+ years in digital marketing operations, analytics, or performance marketing. - Proven ability to unite growth, operations, and digital under a cohesive, data-informed strategy. - Expertise in advanced attribution modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization. - Deep technical knowledge of martech ecosystems and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Power BI), ABM/ABX platforms (6sense), and CRM/MAP systems (HubSpot, Salesforce). - Demonstrated success transforming marketing data into actionable executive insights and measurable revenue growth. - Experience leading data-driven marketing transformation in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment. - Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite and board levels. - Strong organizational and leadership skills with a collaborative, global mindset.
