Full time - Remote Job Description: Saint Luke's Crittenton Children's Center in South Kansas City, MO is seeking a remote In Home Services Case Manager to join their Pediatric Behavior Health Team. This position will be responsible for managing a case load of clients ranging in age from 4 to 18 with our contracting partner Tri-County Mental Health. Duties may include treatment planning, linking with community resources, coordinating care with treatment team, and assisting families with positive coping skills.
