Role Overview Saasinct is seeking a Salesforce Engagement Lead to own the success of client engagements across delivery, relationship, and outcomes. This role is responsible for leading Salesforce implementations, guiding clients through complex decisions, and ensuring work is delivered with clarity, quality, and accountability. You will operate in a growth-stage environment where structure is still evolving. We are looking for someone who brings organization, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in how we deliver, partner with clients, and continue to scale. This role is best suited for someone who prefers ownership and impact over rigid structure and clearly defined lanes. Role Description Saasinct is growing and seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence, relationships, and pipeline within the Salesforce ecosystem. You serve as the strategic bridge between a client’s business objectives and their Salesforce solution delivery. This role owns the full engagement lifecycle from initial planning and implementation through adoption, optimization, and expansion. You will lead delivery teams, manage scope and financials, nurture executive relationships, and ensure measurable business outcomes for every account under your leadership. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic advisory, project leadership, financial oversight, and account growth responsibility. What You’ll Be Doing - Drive adoption strategies to ensure clients realize the full value of their Salesforce investment. - Serve at the intersection of the customer and their Salesforce goals acting as a trusted advisor for assigned clients. - Own end-to-end delivery across active projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and aligned to defined scope. - Lead project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and clear accountability. - Own all account health metrics, hosting QBRs, and executive check-ins to ensure alignment on outcomes and ROI. - Oversee scope management, change control processes, and escalation pathways. - Maintain transparent reporting on delivery progress, hours consumed, and overall engagement health. - Translating technical requirements into workable solutions. - Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities. - Participate in solution discussions and scope definition for new initiatives. - Support marketing and thought leadership efforts including client surveys, testimonials, and success stories. - Build long-term, referenceable customer relationships that drive recurring revenue. Qualifications - 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, including engagement leadership, project management, or account oversight roles. - Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, implementation lifecycle, and adoption best practices. - Proven ability to grow accounts through strategic relationship management and opportunity identification. - Demonstrated experience managing delivery financials, scope, and client expectations. - Relevant Salesforce certifications: - Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator - Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II - Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder - Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (NPC) - Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Success Pack Consultant - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant - Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional - Project management credentials (PMP, Scrum, SAFe) preferred. - Excellent communication skills and desire to lead client facing engagements with executive presence. - Strong critical thinking abilities. - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent engagements. Requirements - Experience working with mid-market clients. - Industry experience in sales, financial services, and/or nonprofit sectors. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred but not required. - Equivalent experience will be considered. - Willingness to learn Salesforce and general technical systems.
