• Identify, analyze, and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and drive a culture of operations excellence throughout the organization • Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather input, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement • Lead or support cross-functional teams in implementing process changes and monitoring progress towards operational goals • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive operational excellence initiatives • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and identify further optimization opportunities • Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for process improvement and operational excellence • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for operational challenges • Develop collaborative and supportive relationships with internal business partners

• Drive new customer acquisitions across independent and small chain restaurants and hospitality opportunities • Own the full journey from customer prospect to close, and through the install process to the onset of service. • Maintain a strong, accurately forecasted pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) • Conduct pre-call research, plan routes, conduct kitchen walk-throughs, and schedule meaningful meetings with decision makers. • Validate value: Reiterate customer pain points, confirm comprehension, and present value driven business cases to advance opportunities. • Provide customer support through the install process, partner with operations to ensure installs are progressing • Create advocacy through consistent touchpoints; leverage LinkedIn/social media and local partnerships

• Maintain, develop and grow business within assigned geographies • Sign new locations and renew existing customer relationships to attain or exceed sales goals • Manage the entire sales process for value-added oil management programs • Problem solve issues through necessary stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction • Use reporting tools (i.e. Sales Force, etc.) to schedule and complete activity reporting • Establish and grow trust/rapport with key individuals at customer locations • Manage sales materials, presentations, contracts (new and renewals) & pricing • Partner with depot’s to conduct pre-installation equipment surveys on-site with customers • Ensure smooth roll-out for customer installs and service requirements • Accurately forecast new business • Consistently achieve agreed upon business targets and support RTI’s overall growth goals

• Responsible for installing and maintaining our products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. • Meet and control operational goals and timelines- service labor per hour, first time right, 5S standards, etc. • Comply with internal processes and procedures as well as all local and federally regulated requirements including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP. • Maintain proper parts and supply levels in company service vehicles and proper paperwork standards. • Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets customer’s expectations. • Efficiently and professionally service customers’ needs, training and coaching them on the system as needed. • Utilize iPhone apps to perform multiple functions in role (parts, customer notes, clocking in/out).

• Handle inbound technical service calls • Provide phone support for customers • Track customer communication in CRM software • Assess customer needs and provide support • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call reports • Cross train in other functions
