Job Description
Growth Hacker
Rollstack
• Build AI-powered growth systems: Think automated pipelines that take a target account list, enrich contacts, generate ad concepts, write copy, render creatives, and push live campaigns, all in one session. • Run growth experiments: Design hypotheses, build the minimum version to test them, measure results, and move on. Across paid, social, email, community, SEO - wherever the opportunity is. • Amplify distribution: Content that doesn't reach anyone is just a draft. You'll work to amplify our thought leadership and make sure our work gets in front of the right people - whether that's organic reach, sponsorships, communities, or partners. • Use AI natively: You'll use AI tools the way other people use email - not as a novelty, but as a force multiplier on everything from copy to research to campaign setup. We expect AI to be deeply embedded in how you work. • Track what matters and kill what doesn't: With help from RevOps and our Director of Growth, keep an eye on what's working, double down on it, and flag what isn't. We're not in the business of maintaining campaigns for their own sake. • Execute on conferences and events: Rollstack shows up at the events our customers go to - FABCON, Tableau Conference and others. You'll assist with logistics: registrations, booth coordination, scheduling, pre- and post-show follow-up.
Job Requirements
- You have 1–3 years of experience, working in growth, marketing, or a related function.
- You've found a channel that clicked. It doesn't matter which one. SEO, social, paid, email, community - we care that you’ve made growth happen.
- You've used AI to build stuff. You've shipped something with Claude Code, n8n, or similar and leverage AI workflows in your every day work.
- You have a bias toward unexpected angles. You'd rather find the one weird hack nobody's tried than run the same playbook everyone else is running.
- You're a natural experimenter. You form a hypothesis, build the minimum version to test it, measure, and move on. You don't fall in love with ideas.
- You thrive with autonomy. You'd rather ask forgiveness than permission, and you're energized by ambiguity rather than slowed down by it.
- You're detail-oriented enough to not drop balls. Conference logistics, follow-up sequences, scheduling - the execution side matters as much as the creative side.
Benefits

- Help shape the messaging and positioning of a category-defining product
- Look forward to bi-annual team off-sites in destinations that belong on your travel bucket list
- Earn competitive compensation and meaningful equity in a high-growth startup where your work directly shapes the company’s trajectory
