Product Marketing Manager
Rollstack
• Support and execute go-to-market launches for new product features and updates • Develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging • Create marketing content including: blog posts, case studies, product pages, sales collateral, customer stories, webinars and videos • Own the distribution of Rollstack’s story across channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters, product announcements, and community conversations • Ensure marketing content reaches the right audiences and drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation • Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value • Equip the Sales team with sales enablement materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks • Build customer advocacy assets including case studies, testimonials, and success stories • Manage and grow Rollstack’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify customer wins, insights, and real-world use cases • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns to continuously improve messaging and distribution • Own key product marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, engagement, product adoption support, and marketing-sourced pipeline
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Content Marketing in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Experience developing product messaging, positioning, and marketing content
- Proficiency with modern AI tools for marketing workflows, including: Claude, ChatGPT, video editing tools such as Nano Banana
- Comfortable leveraging AI to accelerate research, content production, experimentation, and campaign velocity
- Experience using marketing and sales tools including: Salesforce (CRM), email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar tools
- Experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, and creating engaging content that drives reach and engagement
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure marketing performance and optimize campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to deeply understand customer workflows and needs
- Familiarity with the data, analytics, or productivity software ecosystem is a plus
- Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and autonomy
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
