• Manage and organize our CRM systems (Workiz and Go High Level) daily — update job statuses, customer records, and pipeline stages • Conduct customer follow-up calls, emails, and texts to confirm appointments, collect feedback, and recover lost leads • Perform occasional cold outreach to prospective commercial clients using provided lists and scripts • Ensure no leads fall through the cracks — every inquiry gets a timely response • Generate reports from CRM data as needed • Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms • Assist with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping tasks • Handle email and calendar management using Office 365 • Prepare simple reports, documents, and internal communications • Support the operations team with scheduling, coordination, and follow-through on tasks
• Own the monthly close process, delivering accurate financial statements on time • Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements • Reconcile all bank, credit card, loan, and clearing accounts • Oversee royalty billing, collections, and reconciliations • Reconcile franchisee-reported revenue with system data • Manage brand fund accounting with strict separation and transparency • Support annual budgeting and rolling cash forecasts • Maintain internal controls, approval workflows, and accounting SOPs • Partner closely with the CFO, leadership team, operations, and legal

• Administer key franchise systems including, but not limited to Workiz and SharePoint • Manage user access, permissions, and account setup • Own full triage of incoming support tickets from franchisees or internal staff • Manage user setup and access (email, SharePoint, Microsoft, etc.) • Prepare agendas, documents, and follow-up actions from key meetings • Maintain internal documentation for system use and departmental SOPs
• Sell directly to residential customers within an assigned Maryland territory • Leads provided • Conduct in-person consultations and close sales with homeowners • Represent the company with professionalism, consistency, and integrity
• Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial power washing services • Leverage your existing network and industry relationships to source new opportunities • Conduct on-site evaluations and provide estimates (training provided) • Follow up with prospects and close deals • Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth scheduling • Represent Rolling Suds professionally in the field and within your network
